    Abstract: A non-aqueous solution-suspension of R2O—SiO2—B2O3 comprises in the dry state a composition of 2 to 30 weight percent R2O, wherein R2O is an alkali metal oxide; between 10 to 74 weight percent SiO2; and between 23 to 79 weight percent B2O3. Non-aqueous solution-suspensions are used to blend to give a liquid paint which, on drying, contains the composition within the range given above in the R2O—SiO2—B2O3 system. Non-aqueous bulk liquid and aerosol based spray paints are provided, with or without Boron Nitride additions, to allow the formation of tough, flexible coatings onto ferrous metals after bake-on.

    Abstract: Bulk paint and ceramic powder systems, methods of forming same, and methods of forming a flexible ceramic coating on a metal substrate are disclosed. The systems may include a ceramic composition having between 2 to 30 weight percent of an alkali metal oxide, such as K2O, Na2O, and Li2O or mixtures thereof, between 10 to 74 weight percent SiO2, and between 23 to 79 weight percent B2O3. Additives that are nonwetting with molten metals, such as boron nitride, provide durable coatings for metal processing operations. The ceramic composition may include less than 5 weight percent additional metal oxides. The bulk paint system further may include water and a cellulosic suspension agent to form a bulk paint. The ceramic powder system may be processed to form a uniform powder. The bulk paint or uniform powder may be applied to a metal substrate, such as a ferrous metal substrate, dried, and heated to form a flexible coating on the metal substrate.

The missiles manifold the discharge from a plurality of pumps and comprise at least two junction fittings joined by spooled pipe. The intersections of the feed bores with the primary bore are offset axially from each other along the primary bore. The junction fittings are joined by flange unions to at least one spooled pipe such that the junction fittings and spooled pipe form a conduit including the primary bores. A discharge line from a pump may be joined to each feed union face of the junction fittings by a flange union. Thus, the discharge from the pumps may be manifolded into the conduit.

    Abstract: Flowline components are assembled into high-pressure fluid transportation systems by a flange union. The flowline component comprises a body defining a substantially cylindrical central conduit. The conduit extends between first and second flat union faces and is adapted to conduct fluids through the body. The union faces are adapted to provide a mating surface for a flange union between the component and another flowline component. Accordingly, the union faces have a plurality of holes adapted to accommodate threaded connectors for forming the flange union. The holes are arranged in a defined array extending angularly around the conduit. Importantly, the array of holes on the first union face and the array of holes on the second union face are offset angularly relative to each other by an angle ?. It will be appreciated that such components may allow changes in the direction of a flow line.

The cyclic forces applied daily by clamping the teeth down on a bite plate, and activating an extraoral vibration source configured to deliver the cyclic forces to the bite plate at a constant frequency and a maximum force.     Abstract: A method and associated system for forming composite materials is presented, including providing a composite charge having applied release films to top and bottom surfaces and positioned on a contoured forming tool such that a portion of the composite charge over hangs a second upper surface of forming tool. A fairing bar abuts the forming tool that has an uppermost surface positioned above the second upper surface of the forming tool. The combination of the positioning of the fairing bar and the use of release film in contact with the composite charge allows the composite charge to conform to the contoured forming tool without bridging or wrinkling the composite charge when a forming membrane and applied vacuum are used.
