  • Publication number: 20250069086
Abstract: A method for enhancing agent-customer interactions in a digital engagement service is provided. The method includes receiving a customer's communication request and initiating an asynchronous process to generate a customer profile summary using a customer identifier. This involves querying a customer data platform (CDP) for customer traits and event data, and creating a prompt for a large language model (LLM) to produce a concise customer profile summary. The summary, stored in a data store, is presented to an available agent through a user interface alongside an invitation to accept the incoming communication request. This streamlined approach equips agents with relevant customer insights promptly, improving service quality and response times.

  • Patent number: 12202702
Abstract: A sensing apparatus can be configured to detect an edge of a paper that is received by an automated transaction machine (ATM). The paper can move along a path located inside the ATM, the path having opposite first and second sides. The sensing apparatus can include a light emitter and a light detector on the first side of the path, with the light emitter positioned so that it can emit light across the path to the second side. The light detector can be configured to detect light from the light emitter and can emit a signal corresponding to an amount of detected light. The sensing apparatus can also include a control circuit that can control a flow of power to the light emitter, and the control circuit can also receive the signal emitted by the sensor.

  • Patent number: 12199964
Abstract: A user specific tic behavior detection-based method and system of performing an authentication of video of a person in order to authorize access to a secured resource. The user provides audio and/or video data in which they exhibit one or more tic behaviors. When a person later requests access to the user's account, the system and method are configured to capture a video and/or audio recording of the person requesting access. The data is evaluated to determine whether the previously detected tic behavior is present. If the tic behavior is present, the system determines the image or voice is authentic and can verify an identity of the person. In some cases, the system can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

  • Patent number: 12189732
Abstract: A sound-based method and system of performing an authentication of a person in order to permit access to a secured resource is disclosed. The system and method are configured to transmit an audio signal to a remotely located smart device. When the smart device produces the audio signal, a nearby computing device captures the audio signal and provides the captured audio data to an authentication platform. The audio data is compared to the transmitted audio signal. The system can determine whether there is a match between the captured audio data and the transmitted audio data. If there is a match, the system verifies an identity of the person and can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

  • Patent number: 12165105
Abstract: The present embodiments relate to automatic claim value generation. Particularly, the present embodiments include retrieving information from various sources and processing the data to derive an overview of damage to vehicles incurred during a vehicle accident, deriving an estimated value (or “cost”) to rectify the damage, and a client-specific claim value to be presented to the client representing a value to rectify the damage based on a policy corresponding to the client. The present embodiments provide an automated (or “touchless”) claim value payout system to provide a claim value specific to the client and the accident incurred by the client that is performed by a computing device without intervention by an operator.

  • Patent number: 12033149
Abstract: A payment card security system includes a payment card provider account system communicatively coupled to a payment card transaction device and a mobile device. The payment card transaction device sends an indication that a payment card is being used to perform a transaction. The payment card provider account system includes processors that receive the indication that the payment card is being used to perform the transaction from the payment card transaction device. The processors also send a notification indicating that the payment card is being used to perform the transaction. The processors further enable authorization of the transaction via the mobile device. In this manner, the payment card security system may prevent or reduce the occurrence of suspicious transactions as they are occurring, rather than waiting until after they have occurred.
