Publication number: 20230072332Abstract: There is provided a terminal for an electrical power cable that includes a conductive clip, a terminal block, and a set screw. The clip resides in the terminal block and includes a plurality of openings sized to receive low voltage connectors, such as spade connectors. The openings in the clip are arranged to organize the spade connectors and their respective pigtail connections. The location and orientation of the clip and the spade connectors is such that, when the set screw is installed in the terminal block, force is applied by the set screw onto the clip. The clip compresses and secures the spade connectors to the terminal block.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 8, 2021Publication date: March 9, 2023Inventor: William Henry Dietz

Patent number: 11585185Abstract: An assembly and method of manufacturing an assembly for use as an isolation barrier to be run in and secured within a well. The assembly has a sleeve member positioned on the exterior of a tubular body, fixed at each end to create a chamber therebetween. Fluid can enter the chamber through a port in the tubular body to morph the sleeve member against a larger diameter surface in the well. The sleeve member is formed of at least two materials, welded together and machined before being arranged on the tubular body. One material is more expandable than the other so as to morph more easily. The sleeve is connected to the tubular body by screw threads and seals. Initial construction of the sleeve member allows welding, inspection and machining without affecting the tensile strength of the tubular body or complete assembly.Type: GrantFiled: March 26, 2019Date of Patent: February 21, 2023Assignee: VERTICE OIL TOOLS INC.Inventors: Cameron Hill Radtke, William Luke McElligott, Philip Henry Turrell, Christopher Brian Kevin Cockrill

Patent number: 11577018Abstract: A system for performing irrigation of a body cavity includes a reservoir containing an irrigation liquid, a catheter and a controller. The catheter is configured to be at least partially inserted into the body cavity and has a flushing passage, a drain passage and a retention balloon. A waste drain valve is in fluid communication with the drain passage of the catheter and is movable between a closed configuration, where waste is retained within the drain passage, and an open configuration where waste flows through the drain passage. The controller is in fluid communication with the reservoir and the catheter, and has a pump and a valve assembly. The valve assembly is changeable between configurations where, when the pump is actuated, irrigation liquid is pumped from the reservoir to the retention balloon, from the reservoir to the flushing passage of the catheter and from the retention balloon to the reservoir.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2017Date of Patent: February 14, 2023Assignee: Hollister IncorporatedInventors: Jerome A. Patent number: 11565644Abstract: A passenger restraint system of a vehicle includes a passenger restraint article with an interface, and a locking device that secures the interface. In some embodiments, the vehicle includes a vertical channel that enables the locking device to travel up and down. The locking device may include a camera that enables the locking device to align with the interface, and once aligned, the locking device secures the interface. In additional or alternative embodiments, the locking device includes two C-bars and a biasing element that urges the locking device into an open position. When the passenger sits or leans against the opened C-bars, the force caused by the interface on the C-bars overcomes the force applied by the biasing element, urging the C-bars into a closed position. The locking device is then secured by engaging a locking bar that pushes against a surface of the C-bars.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 2019Date of Patent: January 31, 2023Assignee: Universal City Studios LLCInventors: Daniel Matthew Freedman, Ji Hyun Han, William Travis Faircloth, Michael Joseph Troise, Julia Ann Javorsky, Hannah Amelia Brush, Morgan Elizabeth Dickinson, Robert Henry Cybulski, III
