  • Patent number: 11449764
Abstract: An artificial intelligence (“AI”)-based system is disclosed for utilizing a schema to auto-generate an application for a specific context. An AI engine selects an activity schema associated with an activity. The schema identifies data sources for obtaining activity-specific content for the activity and can be selected based upon topics associated with the activity. The AI engine also selects a view definition that defines an arrangement of an activity-specific user interface (“UI”) for presenting relevant activity-specific content obtained from the data sources identified by the schema. An application is then generated using the schema and the view definition. The application can generate the activity-specific UI for presenting the relevant activity-specific content.

  • Patent number: 11426104
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for estimating blood analyte levels using a noninvasive optical coherence tomography (OCT) based physiological monitor. An algorithm correlates OCT-based estimated blood analyte data with actual blood analyte data determined by other methods, such as invasively. OCT-based data is fit to the obtained blood analyte measurements to achieve the best correlation. Once the algorithm has generated sets of estimated blood analyte levels, it may refine the number of sets by applying one or more mathematical filters. The OCT-based physiological monitor can be calibrated using an Intensity Difference plot or the Pearson Product Moment Correlation method.

  • Patent number: 11428487
Abstract: A firearm for firing cased telescoped (CT) ammunition cartridges that includes a split chamber configured to fully support a CT cartridge when it is fired, and that includes i) a dynamic rear chamber portion defining a pocket in a face of a bolt, and ii) a static front chamber portion that is integral to the barrel and separate from the bolt. A cartridge extraction mechanism engages the CT cartridge prior to the CT cartridge being fired, and holds the CT cartridge in the pocket in the bolt face as the bolt moves rearward to pull the CT cartridge out of the static front chamber portion and into an ejection position. An ejector is operable to eject the CT cartridge from the pocket in the face of the bolt when the CT cartridge reaches the ejection position.

  • Patent number: 11428485
Abstract: A firearm for firing case-telescoped (CT) rounds includes a barrel configured for transit of a bullet of a live CT cartridge in a live-fire operating mode. The live CT cartridge is chambered and fired from a live-fire chamber installed in the live-fire operating mode. The firearm further includes a blank-fire chamber configured to chamber and fire a blank CT cartridge in a blank-fire operating mode, wherein the blank-fire chamber has a second diameter less than a first diameter of the live-fire chamber, to prevent chambering of the live CT cartridge in the blank-fire operating mode. The arrangement can enhance safety by preventing accidental firing of a live round during operation when it is assumed that only blanks are being fired.

  • Publication number: 20220263809
Abstract: A method and system for transmission of digital content via e-mail with point of use digital rights management is disclosed. The secured access rights to the digital content may be customized for individual recipients by the sender, and may evolve over time. The access rights are enforced according to a time-dependent scheme. A key server is used to arbitrate session keys for the encrypted content, eliminating the requirement to exchange public keys prior to transmission of the digital content. During the entire process of transmitting and receiving e-mail messages and documents, the exchange of cryptographic keys remains totally transparent to the users of the system. Additionally, electronic documents may be digitally signed with authentication of the signature.
