  • Patent number: 11976958
Abstract: A capacitive liquid level sensor (1). The sensor comprises a sensor body in the form a tongue with a freely depending portion (3) extending to a distal tip (6) at its lowermost end. A set of spaced capacitive electrodes (7) extend along the tongue towards the distal tip. In use, when the distal tip (6) of the tongue is immersed in a body of liquid, the capacitance between the electrodes (7) changes depending on the depth of the body of liquid. The width of the tongue increases in the downward direction at least for part of the bottom half of the freely depending part of the tongue.

  • Patent number: 11675864
Abstract: The present technology pertains to a link service that can create, maintain, and service links to objects on behalf of a content management system or other services. The link service can share administration of links with other services when desired or can even allow other services to issue the link and manage the object that is the subject of the link while providing other functions to support the link. Additionally, link service can interface with a file system that can support links as actors in the file system, whereby greater control and flexibility in supporting links is provided. Link service can also accommodate servicing and management of links issued by legacy services, where the legacy services have unique link logic that should still be utilized to maintain a consistent user experience.

  • Patent number: RE49176
Abstract: Anonymous voice communication between a first station and a second station is facilitated by providing an interface that allows input of a transaction specification from at least one of the first and second stations. A reference code associated with the transaction is generated, there being a defined relationship between the reference code and the address of the second station for voice communication. The reference code is supplied to the first station, and a voice communication request and the reference code are received from the first station. The reference code is used to recover said address and a channel for voice communication is opened between said first and second stations. Voice communication can thereby be established between the first and second stations without providing the address of the second station to the first station. An Internet-based service system for data mining user information is herein disclosed and enabled.
