  • Patent number: 12265716
Abstract: The application relates to writing arbitrarily sized data extents using in-line descriptors, such as headers or footers, into physical blocks to describe the data extents in those physical blocks. Some data extents may be smaller than the size of a physical block, and some data extents may be larger than the size of a physical block. A given physical block therefore includes an in-line descriptor for a data extent in that block, indicating that the data extent starts within that block and also an offset from the beginning of the block to where the data extent starts. The in-line descriptor is included within the block so that when the block is read both the data and the descriptor are read, thereby eliminating performance penalty for reading the descriptor information.

  • Publication number: 20250084179
Abstract: Provided herein are novel anti-CD28×anti-TROP2 antibodies and methods of using such antibodies for the treatment of TROP2-associated cancers. Subject anti-CD28×anti-TROP2 antibodies are capable of agonistically binding to CD28 costimulatory molecules on T cells and TROP2 on tumor cells. Thus, such antibodies selectively enhance anti-tumor activity at tumor sites while minimizing peripheral toxicity. The subject antibodies provided herein are particularly useful in combination with other anti-cancer therapies, including, for example, bispecific antibodies for the treatment of TROP2-associated cancers.

  • Publication number: 20250083472
Abstract: A paint tray carrying device includes a box which has a front end that is open and an entrance extending through a top wall of the box which intersects the front end. In this way a paint tray can be inserted into the box having the paint tray in a horizontal orientation thereby inhibiting paint from spilling from the paint tray. Thus, the box and the paint tray inhibit the paint from being spilled on a crucially sensitive surface which is located near a painting work location. A gripping element is integrated into the top wall which can be gripped by a user for carrying the box and the paint tray. The gripping element is aligned with a center of gravity of the box to facilitate the box and the paint tray to be balanced on a horizontal plane when the user is carrying the box.

  • Patent number: 12248003
Abstract: An IC device test probe has one or more clusters of a plurality of tapered probe tips that taper upon a taper plane that is orthogonal to a seating direction or force vector of the IC device test probe toward the IC device. Each of the plurality of tapered probe tips is seated against one contact of the IC device. In this manner, the IC device test probe is seated against multiple contacts and may therefore apply test signal(s) to these contacts serially, simultaneously, or the like. The IC device test probe allows the seating to small pitch IC devices and associated testing thereof. This allows for electrical characterization of the IC device by the same test signal(s) through the IC device test probe and ultimately through multiple contacts. The forces associated with seating the IC device test probe against the IC device contacts is effectively spread across multiple contacts.

  • Patent number: 12248734
Abstract: An audio services agent manager (ASAM) of a control device can provide an improved user experience by iterating through a list of audio services agents so as to verify that a requested audio service is provided. The ASAM can receive an audio input from an audio input device and direct the audio input as an audio command to an audio services agent based on an audio service rule. The ASAM can verify processing of the audio command by the audio service agent based on a response received by the ASAM from the audio service agent. If the response indicates success, then the audio service requested by the audio command is provided, otherwise, the ASAM can select another audio services agent based on the audio service rule and proceed to direct the audio command to the newly selected audio services agent so as to provide the requested audio service.

  • Patent number: 12243112
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.

  • Publication number: 20230177490
Abstract: This disclosure is directed to methods and systems for cryptographic asset generation using short range wireless communication. The methods and systems enable creation and distribution of cryptographic assets with proof of in-person contact over various wireless technologies, including but not limited to, NFC, low-energy Bluetooth, and others. This is achieved by passing a cryptographic asset template from a creator device to a collector device via NFC. The cryptographic asset template is passed to a server for confirmation and subsequently starts the process of minting a smart contract on a blockchain. The processes disclosed herein include cryptographic asset template creation, template distribution, template-to-cryptographic asset creation, and smart contract execution.

  • Patent number: 11634214
Abstract: Drones are engineered with sensors for use in insurance applications. After locating an object of interest, a drone performs an investigation by probing the object of interest. Sensors receive feedback from the object of interest. An electronic fingerprint of the drone is produced. Afterward, perils are computed based on the feedback and the fingerprint of the drone is used in insuring the object of interest. The act of probing includes thumping, drumming, or radiating ultrasound waves against the object of interest. The sensors can be turned off when they are within a geographic zone of prohibited operations.

  • Patent number: 11444863
Abstract: Determining a bit rate at which to deliver a packet stream over a network link. An origin device transmits over the network link unsolicited data packets to a destination device while contemporaneously transmitting over the network link a first packet stream encoded at an initial bit rate to the destination device. The origin device may be, but need not be, a content delivery network (CDN) edge node and the destination device may be, but need not be, a cable modem (CM). The origin device determines whether the network link supports delivering a second packet stream in lieu of the first packet stream encoded at a higher bit rate based, at least in part, on an amount of retransmission requests the origin device receives for packets in the first packet stream from the destination device.
