  • Publication number: 20050229630
Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchanger, especially for motor vehicles, comprising a soldered heat exchanger network made of flat pipes (2, 3) and corrugated ribs (1). A liquid and/or vaporous-type medium can flow through the flat tubes (2, 3) and air can circulate around the corrugated ribs. One corrugated rib respectively comprises two surfaces (4, 5) which are arranged in an essentially parallel manner in relation to each other and which are connected respectively by an arch-shaped piece (6) which is soldered to a flat pipe, said arch-shaped piece comprising three sections (6a, 6b, 6c) which have different curvatures.

  • Publication number: 20050178537
Abstract: An air-conditioning system for a motor vehicle has a coolant circuit which comprises an electrically driven compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and a latent cold holdover. Heat extracted from the latent cold holdover by the coolant circuit. This is referred to as charging the latent cold holdover. In addition, an air cooling mechanism is provided that extracts heat from the air and is fed to the latent cold holdover. The air-conditioning system can thus be particularly compact and effective as an air-conditioning system for operation in a stationary vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20050035146
Abstract: Procedure for equilibration of the delivery volumes of a multi-channel metering apparatus with an arrangement of independently controlled dispensing channels 1.1-1.n, delivering individual volumes of dispensing fluid to cavities 3.1.1-3.n.n, where measured values relevant to the individual delivery volumes are measured for the same control value and from which an adjustment value is specified with a tolerance band and the control value is adjusted for dispensing channels 1.1-1.n, the measured values of which lie outside the tolerance band. The invention also applies to an apparatus for implementing the procedure.
