In video encoding and decoding, multiple partition blocks are generated by splitting a target block. A prediction mode is derived for at least a part of the multiple partition blocks, among the multiple partition blocks, and prediction is performed on the multiple partition blocks based on the derived prediction mode. When prediction is performed on the partition blocks, information related to the target block may be used, and information related to an additional partition block, which is predicted prior to the partition block, may be used.

    Abstract: A method of transmitting a Physical Layer Convergence Procedure (PLCP) frame in a Very High Throughput (VHT) Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) system includes generating a MAC Protocol Data Unit (MPDU) to be transmitted to a destination station (STA), generating a PLCP Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) by adding a PLCP header, including an L-SIG field containing control information for a legacy STA and a VHT-SIG field containing control information for a VHT STA, to the MPDU, and transmitting the PPDU to the destination STA. A constellation applied to some of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) symbols of the VHT-SIG field is obtained by rotating a constellation applied to an OFDM symbol of the L-SIGfield.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device capable of wrapping the outer wall of a blood vessel, and a method for manufacturing the device. If the device for wrapping the outer wall of a blood vessel of the present invention is used, the outer wall of a blood vessel is wrapped, and, thereby, vortex generation can be significantly decreased by controlling abnormal expansion of the blood vessel which can occur due to the difference in the characteristics of blood vessels in a vein-artery graft model. The present invention saves a blood vessel from a low-oxygen state by promoting generation of new blood vessels on the outer wall of the blood vessel via a regenerative inflammatory response caused by the material of the device, and provides synergy effects such as prevention of vascular stenosis and reinforcement of an outer muscular layer by guiding venous muscular cells to the outside.

A mask image imaging an attribute and position information of an object present in each of the video images may be extracted. A position distribution of the object may be predicted by deriving a plurality of hypotheses for a position of the object at a future time point through deep learning by receiving video images at the current time point and the time points before the current time point, a plurality of semantic segmentation images, a plurality of mask images, and ego-motion information of the vehicle, and calculating the plurality of hypotheses as a Gaussian mixture probability distribution.
