    Abstract: In one example, a semiconductor device structure relates to an electronic device, which includes a device top surface, a device bottom surface opposite to the device top surface, device side surfaces extending between the device top surface and the device bottom surface, and pads disposed over the device top surface. Interconnects are connected to the pads, and the interconnects first regions that each extend from a respective pad in in an upward direction, and second regions each connected to a respective first region, wherein each second region extends from the respective first region in a lateral direction. The interconnects comprise a redistribution pattern on the pads. Other examples and related methods are also disclosed herein.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for controlling a hybrid vehicle are provided. The apparatus includes an engine that generates power by combusting fuel and a drive motor that supplements the power from the engine and operates selectively as an electric generator to produce electrical energy. A clutch is disposed between the engine and the drive motor and a battery supplies electrical energy to the drive motor and is charged with the electrical energy produced by the drive motor. Multiple electric superchargers are installed in multiple intake lines through which outside air to be supplied into a combustion chamber of the engine flows. A controller determines an operation mode of the multiple electric superchargers based on required power of a driver and a state of charge (SOC) of the battery and adjusts the power output from the engine and the power output from the drive motor.

    Abstract: Provided is a novel compound and use thereof which has an excellent immunological regulation ability while not exhibiting toxicity in vivo, and has no nephrotoxicity and rather has a kidney protective effect, and thus can be used for the treatment of immune diseases such as autoimmune diseases caused by abnormal regulation of various immune responses, inflammatory diseases, and transplant rejection diseases. A transplant rejection avatar animal model was confirmed to be humanized, by confirming an increase in serum creatinine, an indicator of transplant rejection in a patient, an increase in human CD4-positive cells, and infiltration of inflammatory cytokine IL-17 into kidney tissue of the animal model. It was confirmed that, when an immunosuppressant is administered, the increased serum creatinine, human CD4-positive cells, and the infiltration of inflammatory cytokine IL-17 are reduced, and thus an animal model, in which the immune status of a patient is reflected, is effectively constructed.
