Abstract: A method of making a semiconductor including soldering a conductor to an aluminum metallization is disclosed. In one example, the method includes substituting an aluminum oxide layer on the aluminum metallization by a substitute metal oxide layer or a substitute metal alloy oxide layer. Then, substitute metal oxides in the substitute metal oxide layer or the substitute metal alloy oxide layer are at least partly reduced. The conductor is soldered to the aluminum metallization using a solder material.

Abstract: A method for preventing a fan from burning down includes steps of: using a central processing unit (CPU) to detect rotational speed of forward operation of a fan and defining as a highest backward rotational speed value; using the CPU to detect operation direction and rotational speed of backward operation of the fan; and using the CPU to activate the fan to operate forward or activate a rotation stop control signal to stop the fan when the fan impeller rotates forward or backward by return air, if the rotational speed of the rotation stop control signal is smaller or larger than the highest backward rotational speed value, the CPU activating the fan to operate forward or making the fan to generate a warning signal and keeping providing the rotation stop control signal. The method can prevent the fan from burning down and enhance the stability.

The cross-cut tester further includes a plurality of gaskets received in the receiving cavity. The gaskets and the blades are positioned one-by-one, and are detachably fixed in the receiving cavity. The cross-cut tester of the present disclosure can effectively improve the efficiency of drawing lines and reduce the cost.

The motor driving circuit comprises a motor driving unit, a push-pull output unit, and a control unit. The control unit is coupled to the motor driving unit and the push-pull output unit. The control unit transmits a driving voltage to drive the push-pull output unit such that the push-pull output unit generates amplified currents which are transmitted to the motor driving unit. The motor driving unit reduces charge/discharge periods thereof based on the received amplified currents.

Abstract: A switch drive circuit capable of saving timers of fan processor is applied to a processor. The switch drive circuit includes multiple upper arm switch components, multiple lower arm switch components correspondingly electrically connected with the upper arm switch components, a first drive control unit and a second drive control unit. The upper arm switch components are driven by a first pulse width modulation signal and a second pulse width modulation signal. The first and second drive control units serve to receive a third pulse width modulation signal and a high-frequency pulse width modulation signal. The third pulse width modulation signal is switched between a high-level state and a low-level state to trigger and turn on the lower arm switch components.

When a target long URL is acquired based on the short URL, the long URL in the long URL information is obtained as the target long URL according to the corresponding relationship between the short URL and the information ID. Abstract: A method for controlling a virtual role includes: initiating, by a source virtual role client, a virtual role trip request carrying an identification of a destination virtual role client to a control server on the network side; establishing, by the control server, a session between the source virtual role client and the destination virtual role client, and sending attribute information of the virtual role to the destination virtual role client through the network; displaying, by the destination virtual role client, the virtual role in a local user interface. Structures of the control server and systems for controlling virtual role are also provided. According to the present invention, a virtual role of a source virtual role client can make a trip to a destination virtual role client through the network without relying on a user client.
