    Abstract: Provided is an accurate, fast and long-term stable fused CRAP. The electrode includes a positioning anchor, a silicone catheter, a sensor compartment and a connecting wire. The method monitors physiological information such as blood PPG, blood oxygen saturation, temperature and impedance of blood in the right ventricular cavity, and monitors blood temperature information, which is also a slowly changing metabolic rate, to provide cross-comparison with blood oxygen saturation information, improving monitoring accuracy of blood oxygen saturation. The rapidly changing right ventricular apical impedance information is monitored to improve rapid response ability of CRAP. The LEDs driving current is dynamically adjusted by monitoring the internal temperature of the PPG sensor and the impedance change of the attached biological tissue, which indirectly reflects thickness change of the attached biological tissue, thereby delaying the failure time of the PPG sensor.

    Abstract: Some embodiments include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for enhanced direct secondary cell activation in a 5G wireless communications system. A user equipment (UE) can receive a Radio Resource Control (RRC) command from a 5G Node B (gNB) via a Primary Cell (PCell) or via a Primary Secondary Cell (PSCell) that includes configuration data for a Secondary Cell (SCell), where the SCell operates in Frequency Range 2 (FR2). The RRC command includes a first Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) state for the SCell, and the UE can activate the SCell for the UE based at least on the configuration data, concurrently with the first TCI state for receiving the PDCCH transmission. The UE can receive a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) transmission via a first antenna beam from the SCell, where the first antenna beam is based on the first TCI state.

A management resource may control virtual application access to each VLAN in accordance with the VLAN time slots wherein only one virtual application may connect to the VLAN during a VLAN time slot. Disclosed methods may define VLAN time slots for each of the plurality of virtual applications. The VLAN time slots may be defined dynamically, wherein durations of the VLAN time slots may be re-calculated each VLAN cycle. A duration of the VLAN time slot for a particular virtual application may be determined based on the number of packets transmitted by the virtual application during a previous VLAN cycle. Each VLAN time slot may include an active interval, for transmitting packets, and an inactive interval. Each active interval may include a fixed duration base interval and a variable duration dynamic interval.

In response to receiving a SCell activation command from the PCell, the UE may perform cell activation with fine time tracking in accordance with the UE-specific RS. As the delay time for the UE-specific RS may be less than the delay time for a system synchronization block (SSB) from the SCell, use of the UE-specific RS may expedite the cell activation procedure.

    Abstract: Methods and systems to activate beams for beam switching based on measurements of a downlink reference signal that is QCL Type-D with a downlink pathloss reference signal are disclosed. A UE may measure and report to a base station the RSRP of the reference signal that is QCL Type-D with a target downlink pathloss reference signal. Based on the reported RSRP measurements, the base station may activate the target pathloss reference signal to command the UE to update the pathloss measurements of the target pathloss reference signal for uplink power control of a beam corresponding to the target pathloss reference signal. The UE may determine whether the target pathloss reference signal is considered known for uplink power control based on the timing relationship among the reception of the reference signal from the base station, the transmission of the RSRP measurement of the reference signal, and reception of the activation command.

    Abstract: Automatic item placement recommendation is described. An item placement configuration system receives an item for which a recommended placement is to be generated and identifies an entity associated with the item. The item placement configuration system then identifies a multi-domain taxonomy that describes relationships between different entities based on items associated with the different entities published among different domains. A representation of the entity associated with the item to be placed is then identified within the multi-domain taxonomy, along with a representation of at least one similar entity. Upon identifying a similar entity, historic item placement metrics for the similar entity are leveraged to generate a placement recommendation for the received item. In some implementations, the placement recommendation is output with a visual indication of a similar entity and associated performance metrics that were considered in generating the recommended placement.
