    Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method for a sarcosinate including: step 1, reacting a solution of glyoxylic acid or a glyoxylate with an amine solution to prepare a Schiff base solution; step 2, subjecting the prepared Schiff base solution to a hydrogenation reaction under the condition of a catalyst; and step 3, adjusting a pH value of a solution obtained after the hydrogenation reaction to be alkaline to obtain the sarcosinate. Wherein the pH value of the solution obtained after the hydrogenation reaction in the step 3 is adjusted to be acidic to obtain sarcosine. Wherein a sarcosinate solution obtained in the step 3 is reacted with cyanamide to prepare a sarcosine derivative.

In accordance with the energy-saving system provided by the present disclosure, ultra-low concentration of CO2 in the air can be enriched to the concentration of 95% step by step for industrial application or biological application at room temperature and pressure by consuming the electricity which cannot be connected to a power grid.

Disclosed is a control method for ice making of a refrigerator, the method comprising: when an ice maker finishes ice making, detecting whether an ice storage box of the ice maker is in an ice-full state; when it is detected that the ice storage box is not in the ice-full state, controlling the ice maker to complete a first instance of ice turning; detecting again whether the ice storage box of the ice maker is in the ice-full state; and when it is detected that the ice storage box is in the ice-full state, controlling the ice maker to make ice again. In this way, the utilization rate of an ice maker can be effectively improved, the ice making amount is improved, the time during which a user waits for ice making is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

    Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computer system for repairing a Dockerfile. Library versions containing initial version numbers of libraries are extracted from the Dockerfile. A Monte Carlo tree search (MCTS) is executed, using the extracted library versions as input, which generates a tree that includes multiple levels populated with noses. Each node in a level represents the generic library name of a library version in the Dockrerfile and an associated randomly selected version number. At least one of the randomly selected version numbers associated with at least one node in a level differs from the initial version number associated with a versionf. A best successful installation path is selected from the at least one successful installation path. The Dockerfile is repaired by inserting randomly selected version numbers into Dockerfile as replacements for some of the initial version numbers.

The preparation method include the steps of synthesizing a DNA tetrahedron by means of a self-assembly reaction of single-stranded DNA chains, loading magnetic nanoparticles on the surfaces of molybdenum disulfide particles, modifying gold nanoparticles on exposed active sulfur atoms of the molybdenum disulfide particles, modifying the DNA tetrahedron on the gold nanoparticles, and bonding a protein antibody on the DNA tetrahedron. The composite magnetic nanomaterial is used for enriching and detecting low-abundance proteins in serum, and specific low-abundance proteins in the serum can be efficiently and selectively enriched by means of the specific reaction between an antigen and an antibody.
