Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a manufacturing method of the display substrate and a display apparatus. The display substrate includes a base substrate; an alignment layer, on the base substrate; a first electrode, located between the base substrate and the alignment layer and being in contact with the alignment layer; and a pattern layer, located between the base substrate and the alignment layer and being in contact with the alignment layer. An orthographic projection of the pattern layer on the base substrate does not overlap an orthographic projection of the first electrode on the base substrate, and a ratio of a contact angle of the pattern layer to a contact angle of the first electrode is greater than or equal to 7/12 and less than 3/2.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a catalyst for pyrolysis of waste plastics to produce oil, comprising: washing and modifying coal gangue powder with acid, and then placing in an alkaline solution, etching under magnetic stirring for 20-30 minutes, and washing with water until neutral; placing the catalyst washed until neutral in a metal solution, loading the metal by impregnation, and then filtering and washing; then placing the catalyst in the molding machine and adding adhesive and water, to compress into a suitable shape, drying, and finally calcinating to activate to obtain a product. The present disclosure not only solves the problem of waste plastic pollution, but also obtains fuel oil with high valuable products while reducing the cost of waste plastic treatment, and also improves the yield of fuel oil.

Abstract: In a method for video coding in a decoder, prediction information of a current block of a current picture in a coded bitstream is decoded. The prediction information indicates a geometric partitioning mode (GPM) for the current block. The current block is partitioned into two partitions in the GPM mode, and each of the partitions is associated with a respective predictor. A weighting index for a sample of the current block is determined based on a position of the sample. A weighting factor is calculated based on the weighting index of the sample according to an equation that converts the weighting index to the weighting factor. The calculation includes performing a right shift operation based at least on a sum of the weighting index and an offset value, and clipping a result of the right shift operation to be within a predefined range. The sample is reconstructed based on the weighting factor and the predictor corresponding to the sample.

Abstract: In a method of processing visual media data, a conversion is performed between a visual media file and a bitstream of visual media data according to a format rule. The bitstream includes at least one syntax element that corresponds to transform coefficients of a transform block in a current picture. The format rule specifies that a context model index is based on a sum of an offset value and a base value. The offset value is based on an output of a monotonically non-decreasing function performed on a sum of a group of partially reconstructed transform coefficients. A context model, for the at least one syntax of a current transform coefficient, from a plurality of context models is indicated by the context model index.

The processing circuitry constructs a motion vector predictor list for the current block based on whether the current block is the small block, at least one redundancy check with a motion vector candidate in the motion vector predictor list being performed in the construction of the motion vector predictor list based on whether the current block is the small block. The processing circuitry encodes the current block based on the constructed motion vector predictor list.

By means of the method, the influence of natural and human factors is solved, the problem of missing detection is solved by adoption of defect feature enhancement, and the part detection accuracy is improved.

An electricity quantity exchange matrix between regions, and a power generation information matrix, an electricity quantity exchange matrix, and a power-generation carbon emission information matrix of each region are constructed. A corresponding electricity carbon flow information matrix is calculated based on the power generation information matrix and the electricity quantity exchange matrix of each region. An electricity carbon emission balance equation is constructed, and an electricity carbon emission factor matrix of each region is calculated, where the electricity carbon emission factor matrix is constituted by an electricity carbon emission factor of a sub-region.
