The display substrate includes a base substrate; an alignment layer, on the base substrate; a first electrode, located between the base substrate and the alignment layer and being in contact with the alignment layer; and a pattern layer, located between the base substrate and the alignment layer and being in contact with the alignment layer. An orthographic projection of the pattern layer on the base substrate does not overlap an orthographic projection of the first electrode on the base substrate, and a ratio of a contact angle of the pattern layer to a contact angle of the first electrode is greater than or equal to 7/12 and less than 3/2.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a catalyst for pyrolysis of waste plastics to produce oil, comprising: washing and modifying coal gangue powder with acid, and then placing in an alkaline solution, etching under magnetic stirring for 20-30 minutes, and washing with water until neutral; placing the catalyst washed until neutral in a metal solution, loading the metal by impregnation, and then filtering and washing; then placing the catalyst in the molding machine and adding adhesive and water, to compress into a suitable shape, drying, and finally calcinating to activate to obtain a product. The present disclosure not only solves the problem of waste plastic pollution, but also obtains fuel oil with high valuable products while reducing the cost of waste plastic treatment, and also improves the yield of fuel oil.

    Abstract: In a method for video coding in a decoder, prediction information of a current block of a current picture in a coded bitstream is decoded. The prediction information indicates a geometric partitioning mode (GPM) for the current block. The current block is partitioned into two partitions in the GPM mode, and each of the partitions is associated with a respective predictor. A weighting index for a sample of the current block is determined based on a position of the sample. A weighting factor is calculated based on the weighting index of the sample according to an equation that converts the weighting index to the weighting factor. The calculation includes performing a right shift operation based at least on a sum of the weighting index and an offset value, and clipping a result of the right shift operation to be within a predefined range. The sample is reconstructed based on the weighting factor and the predictor corresponding to the sample.
