The optical sensing type built in touch control screen panel includes an array substrate having a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix. The array substrate has touch control scanning lines between adjacent rows of the pixel units. The array substrate has touch control reading lines between adjacent columns of the pixel units. The array substrate has a photosensitive transistor and a touch control switch unit in a region defined by the touch control scanning lines and the touch control reading lines; the photosensitive transistor has a drain connected with the touch control switch unit, the touch control switch unit is connected with the touch control scanning line and the touch control reading line, respectively, so as to control ON OFF between the drain of the photosensitive transistor and the touch control reading line.

Abstract: Method for installing reactor coolant loop (RCL) piping of a reactor coolant system (RCS) system in a pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plant by positioning the reactor vessel, steam generator, or both, into position after attaching one or more coolant pumps, surveying coolant loop piping and a plurality of nozzles on the reactor vessel, the steam generator and coolant pump casing, or a combination thereof, with a precise measurement and 3D modeling technology for positioning data, then performing weld prep machining for the coolant loop piping on the reactor vessel side, and machining for the coolant loop piping on the steam generator side and coolant pump side based on the positioning data, and installing temporary supports for coolant loop piping and finishing the fit-up and welding between the coolant loop piping and the reactor vessel, steam generator, and each coolant pump.

The method includes receiving a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) service request sent by a User Equipment (UE); converting the SIP service request into a Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) service request, and sending the RTSP service request to a server; receiving an RTSP service response sent by the server; and converting the RTSP service response into a SIP service response, and sending the SIP service response to the UE to create the CoD service between the UE and the server.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides method, system, and apparatus for forking transmission of Short Message Service (SMS) messages in IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS) networks. The method includes: receiving an SMS message, constructing a SIP message in which the SMS message is encapsulated or in which the SIP message carries the content of the SMS message and further includes a forking indication indicating whether forking shall be employed, sending the SIP message to a Service-Call Session Control Function (S-CSCF) in an IMS network, and determining by the S-CSCF whether forking shall be employed according to the forking indication. The method and system of the present disclosure enables the control over the SMS message from the Circuit Switched (CS) domain so that the SMS message can be sent through forking in the IMS domain to more than one user terminal.

The method includes: The sender encapsulates multiple concatenated short message segments into an IMS message, and sends the IMS message to the receiver. The present invention also discloses a system and apparatus for delivering short messages in an IMS. Through the embodiments of the present invention, the receiver can obtain a complete short message upon receiving the message.

Abstract: The invention provides method for publishing, querying, subscribing to information by a SIP terminal in a VoIP network system, a SIP terminal, a SIP application server, a SIP information center and the VoIP network system. Wherein the VoIP network system is deployed with SIP information center for storing and providing at least the information. The method for publishing information by a SIP terminal in a VoIP network system comprises: creating a publishing request with the information to be published embedded in at the SIP terminal; sending the publishing request from the SIP terminal to the SIP information center via the SIP application server; recording the information in the SIP information center's database; and notifying the new information update to the subscribed SIP terminals.

Abstract: A method, a system, a security device, a service control device, and a communication terminal for providing a Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS) service are provided. The method includes the following steps: A service control module in an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) system carries out service authorization according to a service authorization request, and obtains an authorization-passed result. The service control module sends the authorization-passed result to a security module. The security module obtains the authorization-passed result and then sends a service decryption code of the MBMS service to UEs. In the present invention, a controlling capacity of an IMS and a bearer capacity of an MBMS are multiplexed based on an IMS system and an MBMS system to achieve IPTV services, so as to achieve the uniform authorization and uniform network management.
