The polymer matrix is sandwiched between the two layers of conductive substrates, and the polymer matrix has a porous microstructure. The liquid crystal material is dispersed in the polymer matrix to form liquid crystal microdroplets, and the liquid crystal microdroplets have vertically oriented polymer networks. The liquid crystal/polymer composite electrically controlled dimming film has a unique composite microstructure. In this composite microstructure, the polymer matrix of the porous microstructure gives the film with good mechanical processing performance.

    Abstract: A target tracking method and a target tracking system of a spiking neural network based on an event camera are provided. The method includes: acquiring a data stream of asynchronous events in a high dynamic scene of a target by an event camera as input data; dividing the data stream of the asynchronous events into synchronous event frames with millisecond time resolution; training a twin network based on a spiking neural network by a gradient substitution algorithm with a target image as a template image and a complete image as a searched image; and tracking the target by a trained twin network with interpolating a result of feature mapping to up-sample and obtaining the position of the target in an original image. The twin network includes a feature extractor and a cross-correlation calculator.

Disclosed herein is a new approach to simulation processes that allows for different segments of a design to be swapped out without requiring re-elaboration. This is an improvement over current techniques and decreases the amount of time need to simulate a design. In some embodiments, the technique illustrated herein is combined with an automated triggering mechanism that controls the selection of alternate representations for the same element base on those triggers.
