Pharmacokinetic experiments prove that the lactuloside compound according to the present disclosure can pass through the gastrointestinal tract of a mammal without being absorbed significantly by the gastrointestinal tract and hydrolyzed significantly by endogenous enzymes of a mammal host. Therefore, the lactuloside compound can arrive at the colon site of the mammal, and release an active drug in the colon under the action of colon flora.

    Abstract: A method and system for predicting an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) lifetime based on compound failure mode coupling are provided. First, a simultaneous failure probability model of a bonding wire and a solder layer is calculated. Next, expectancy of the simultaneous failure probability model is calculated and recorded as a lifetime under a coupling effect. A coupling function relation is established. A lifetime of the solder layer and a lifetime of the bonding wire are predicted. An IGBT lifetime prediction model not taking the coupling effect into account is established. An IGBT lifetime prediction model taking the coupling effect into account is established. In the disclosure, the lifetime of the IGBT module under the coupling effect of the solder layer and the bonding wire may be accurately predicted.

The invention may more suitably characterize the aging degree of the IGBT, and has the advantages of monotonically increasing change trend and high resolution.

    Abstract: A topological spin memory effect, defined as the recovery of magnetic skyrmions or magnetic bubble skyrmions in magnetic thin films after a transition to a dramatically different spin texture, is used for encrypted non-volatile information storage. The storage strategy is based on magnetic skyrmions, that is, topologically protected spin textures comprising chiral domain walls surrounding small (e.g., nanometers to microns in diameter), typically circular, single-domain cores. Systems and methods are described for encrypted non-volatile information storage based on a spin memory effect in magnetic thin films that support skyrmions. Systems and methods encrypt and recover information stored in the form of magnetic skyrmions.
