The thin heat pipe container includes a lower inner wall and upper inner wall. The wick structure is disposed on the lower inner wall and includes a first wick structure portion connected to a second wick structure portion. The vapor flow passage section is configured for vapor to flow therethrough. A thickness of the second wick structure portion is lesser than a thickness of the first wick structure portion and the second wick structure portion does not contact, contact points between the upper inner wall and lower inner wall. The wick structure defines the vapor flow passage section. The first wick structure contacts the upper inner wall and second wick structure. Working fluid is pulled from vapor condenser sections to high temperature sections via the wick structure.

    Abstract: An LED driving device with an adjustable dimming depth is provided. The LED driving device includes an LED driver and a dimming depth control circuit. The LED driver includes a dimming control circuit and a driving circuit. The dimming control circuit generates a first pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal according to a first brightness indication signal. The driving circuit drives a first light source and adjusts a brightness of the first light source. A duty ratio of the first PWM signal and the first driving current have a first relationship therebetween. The dimming depth control circuit includes a first variable resistance circuit, and the first variable resistance circuit controls a magnitude of a first variable resistance between a first current sampling terminal and a ground terminal according to a first dimming depth control signal. The first relationship defines a first dimming depth that varies with the first variable resistance.

    Abstract: At least one computer processor can replace visual words of an unsupervised machine learning classification model with visual objects of an image. At least two co-occurring single visual objects adjacent to each other in pixels of the image can be combined to obtain a compound visual object. The unsupervised machine learning classification model can be augmented to model the image as a mixture of subjects, where each subject is represented through placements of the visual objects in a mixture of concentric spheres centering on a mixture of intersections on a mixture of horizontal layers. At least one processor can learn latent relationships between the placements of the visual objects in a three-dimensional space depicted in the image and image semantics. Learning the latent relationships trains the unsupervised machine learning classification model to perform image subject classification through the placements of the visual objects in a new image.

    Abstract: A method and a platform for detecting an immunogenicity of a tumor neoantigen are provided. Specifically, the detection method includes the following steps: culturing human peripheral blood monocytes ex vivo for 13 days, adding an antigenic peptide fragment of human influenza virus and stimulating and activating cytokines, antigenic peptides, and immunoadjuvants during the 13 days, and finally conducting enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) chromogenic reaction and instrument-based scanning, counting, and analysis to detect the immunogenicity of tumor neoantigen. An application of the detection method and platform in biomedicine is provided. Compared with the prior art, the detection method and platform have advantages and characteristics of a short detection period, high convenience, low consumption of experimental cells, and low detection cost. Therefore, the detection method and platform can be used for ex vivo high-throughput assay for the immunogenicity of the tumor neoantigen.

The structural reflecting element rotates so that the phase of reflected light varies with time. The reflected light is modulated by the quarter-wave plate and emitted through the polarized beam splitter, and a target beam is obtained.
