Abstract: A method and an apparatus for generating a source-independent quantum random number are disclosed. The method includes: receiving by a receiver a photon signal sent by a source and converting by the receiver a multi-photon signal contained in the photon signal into a single-photon signal equivalent to the multi-photon signal; modulating a single-photon signal in an X basis or a Z basis, and performing a projection measurement on the X basis or the Z basis randomly; calculating an error rate of the source according to a measurement result of the Z basis; obtaining a partially random binary string according to a measurement result of the X basis; and obtaining and processing a minimal entropy of the partially random binary string so as to obtain a completely random binary string.

Abstract: Suspension polymerization toner of a core-shell structure with dense charges comprises core-shell composite particles prepared by mixing suspension dispersion liquid of toner core particles with shell monomer emulsion and resin-type CCA dispersion liquid, and carrying out a polymerization reaction to form rigid shell layers with dense charges coated on the soft toner core particles.

Abstract: Suspension polymerization toner of core-shell structure with positive charges comprises core-shell composite particles prepared by mixing composition forming toner core particles with aqueous dispersion liquid, carrying out a heating polymerization reaction to obtain suspension dispersion liquid of toner soft core particles, and carrying out a water-based polymerization reaction to form the core-shell composite particles of which an outer surface of the toner core particles are coated with the rigid shell layer with dense positive charges.

Abstract: A method for preparing suspension polymerization toner of core-shell structure comprises following steps: 1) preparing a monomer oil phase containing a certain amount of polar resin forming toner soft core resin and aqueous dispersion liquid respectively; 2) adding the monomer oil phase into the aqueous dispersion liquid, transferring a mixture into a reactor after high-speed shearing and suspension granulation, and carrying out a first heating polymerization reaction to obtain toner particles of soft-core hard-shell structure; 3) taking the toner particles of soft-core hard-shell structure as a core layer, adding a cationic monomer component, and carrying out a second polymerization reaction through a water-soluble initiator to obtain the toner particles of soft-core hard-shell structure with dense charge surface layers uniformly distributed on outer surfaces; and 4) cleaning, filtering, and sufficiently drying a preceding product, and then adding silicon dioxide.

Abstract: Method, apparatus, and hospital information system for prompting medication safety. The method includes: extracting identifier information and execution time of a prescribed drug from a treatment information database; according to the identifier information of the drug, extracting a record related to the drug from an information database; for each contributor factor of the prescribed drug, determining an unsafe time interval corresponding to the contributor factor of the drug; extracting identifier information and execution time of a target factor from the treatment information database; and, in response to the target factor matching with a contributor factor of the drug and at least a part of the execution time of the target factor falling within the unsafe time interval corresponding to the matched contributor factor, prompting medication safety in the complete drug taking lifetime. Through adopting the present invention, internal data process can be optimized and medication safety can be improved.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a control circuit for a power converter, a conversion system and a controlling method thereof. The conversion system includes an AC power supply, a power converter and a control circuit. The power converter includes a first and second bridge arms connected in parallel. The first bridge arm includes a first and second switches connected in series. A second end of the first switch is connected with a first end of the second switch and coupled to a first end of the AC power supply by an inductance component. The first and second switches work at a first switching frequency. The control circuit is used for controlling the first and second switches, so that the current flowing through the inductance component is decreased to zero before the at least one first switching cycle is over.

Abstract: A system and method for identifying a deviation during clinical pathway execution. The system comprises: a clinical pathway storage component configured to store a clinical pathway; a semantic relationship storage component configured to store a semantic relationship between activities; a receiver component configured to receive an activity inputted from a user; and an activity matching component configured to judge, based on the semantic relationship between activities, whether the inputted activity matches the requisite activity defined in the clinical pathway, and if it is determined that the inputted activity does not match the requisite activity defined in the clinical pathway, generate a first clinical pathway execution deviation report, wherein the first clinical pathway execution deviation report indicates that an undefined redundant activity is executed. This permits the precision of identifying deviation during clinical pathway execution to be improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus of lock transactions processing in a single or multi-core processor. An embodiment of the present invention is a processor with one or more processing cores, an address arbitrator, where one or more processing cores are configured to submit a lock transaction request to the address arbitrator corresponding to a specific instruction in response to the execution of the specific instruction. The lock transaction request includes a lock variable address asserted on an address bus. The processor further includes a lock controller for performing lock transaction processing in response to the lock transaction request, and notifying processing result to the processing core from which the lock transaction request was sent. The processor further includes a switching device, coupled to the address arbitrator and the lock controller, for identifying the lock transaction request and notifying the lock transaction request to the lock controller.

An organic buffer layer, which is overlappedly disposed between the electron transporting layer and the metallic cathode layer, has a hydrophilic head group firmly bonding with the metallic cathode layer and a lipophilic tail group firmly bonding with the electron transporting layer such that the organic buffer layer forms as a heat insulating media between the organic light-emitting layer and the metallic cathode layer for preventing an uneven thermal expansion difference therebetween during operating the organic light-emitting device.

Subsequently, after a delay profile for the transmitted signal from each of the plurality of transmitting antennas is generated by using the separated signals (PLI1, PLQ1), (PLI2, PLQ2), a delay profile combining portion (27) combines into a delay-profile for multi-path selection, and multi-path selection is performed based on the delay profile for multi-path selection. Therefore, highly accurate path search is possible in a DS-CDMA system that employs a transmitter diversity scheme.

Abstract: A 3-step cell search type receiver apparatus with an improved accuracy is provided. The receiver apparatus comprises a matched filter MF and sliding correlator unit SC to which a reception signal Sin is inputted. The matched filter MF computes correlation between the reception signal Sin and a primary synchronization code PSC and produces an output Spsc, which is retained in a memory MEM1 and then processed by a timing detection unit TDP. The sliding correlator unit SC comprises a plurality of sliding correlators SC1 to SCq, whose outputs A [1] to A [q] are retained in a memory MEM2 and then processed by a timing group identification unit TGI. The sliding correlator unit SC computes correlation based on the primary and secondary synchronization codes or the secondary synchronization code. In the former case, inphase-addition is performed after performing channel estimation and phase correction, and in the latter case, only inphase-correction is performed.
