Abstract: A method and system for generating an automated Internet connection is provided. The method includes receiving from a first communication hardware device of a first user, a first telephone number and a first Internet protocol (IP) address. A second telephone number and a second Internet protocol (IP) address are received from a second communication hardware device of a second user. A request for connecting the first communication hardware device to the second communication hardware device via an Internet connection is received and it is determined that the second communication hardware device is currently connected the first communication hardware device. The request is transmitted to the second communication hardware device. Based on the second user approving the request, the second IP address is automatically transmitted to the first communication device and a secure private Internet link between the first communication hardware device and the second communication hardware device is generated.

Abstract: A projection system for generating an image with three primary colors, including a first and second blue laser beam, a wavelength conversion element for converting the second blue beam into a converted beam having a waveband including at least the second and third wavebands, a beam combiner for combining the first beam and the converted beam, which combination results in a white beam, a notch filter placed in the optical path of the white beam to form a modified white beam including at least the first, second and third wavebands provided to an imaging module, where a static waveband reduction filter is further provided for changing the wavelength of transmitted second waveband of the white beam, such as to adjust a projector white point shift.

Abstract: A method of interacting frames between multiple electronic devices for a first electronic device includes determining if a first frame of the first electronic device and a second frame of a second electronic device toward a same direction when the first electronic device detects an approaching or contact from the second electronic device to operate in an extend mode or a clone mode. If the first and second electronic devices operate in the extend mode, the first and second electronic devices collaboratively display one of the first and second frames being a dominant frame; if the first and second electronic devices operate in the clone mode, the first and second electronic devices respectively display one of the first and second frames being the dominant frame.

Abstract: An open coiled pacemaker lead is provided that has improved structural stability and functional life in vivo. The open coiled lead includes an electrically conductive material that is coated or covered by a thin layer of electrically insulative material. The coated coiled lead has adequate spacing between adjacent coils, and has a lumen of sufficient diameter, to allow for infiltration of biological connective tissue onto the surface of the coated coil when maintained in vivo for a sufficient amount of time. Infiltration of the connective tissue essentially uniformly along the entire coiled lead strengthens and lengthens the functional life of the coated coil lead.

Abstract: An X-ray imaging device and an auxiliary positioning system thereof, include a first display, a second display and a camera. The first display is used for displaying a standard position to a patient. The camera is used for acquiring a position image of the patient, and transmitting the acquired position image to the second display. The second display is used for displaying an overlap graph between the position image of the patient and an automatic exposure control domain, as well as a collimator opening domain of a collimator. With the first display displaying a standard position to a patient, the patient may quickly and intuitively know the optimal position, which reduces the time needed for an operator to give explanations to the patient.

Abstract: A method of early detection of scaling on internal surfaces of conduits of water processing equipment, is provided herein. The method includes: transmitting ultrasonic signals through the wall of the conduits; deriving data samples from received ultrasonic signals or reflections thereof; calculating a moving average of the scatter of the ultrasonic signals, over time, based on the data samples; applying a statistical operand to the moving average, to yield a statistical distribution metric; determining a dynamic window defined by: (i) an upper boundary being the moving average plus at least a fraction of the statistical distribution metric and (ii) a lower boundary being the moving average minus the at least a fraction of the statistical distribution metric; generating a trend line being a smooth fitting of the derived samples; and monitoring the trend line within the window to detect a crossover of the trend line at either of the boundaries.

The second reflective means is separated from the first reflective means by a layer of dielectric material in order to connect it to the first reflective means by way of capacitive coupling.

The substrate comprises an electrically conductive leadframe, the leadframe having a plurality of lands on a first side of the leadframe with a first recessed portion between the lands, and a plurality of routing leads on an opposing second side of the leadframe with a second recessed portion between the routing leads. The substrate also comprises a first bonding compound filling the first recessed portion. In one embodiment, the substrate also comprises a support material attached to the first bonding compound for holding the leadframe together. Abstract: A computing system is communicated with a metal fabrication device for analyzing performance of an industrial robot. The metal fabrication device includes the industrial robot, and a plate bender. The computing system is operable to generate an analysis report of the performance of the industrial robot by providing section model creating function, bending point obtainting function, bending operation monitoring function, workpiece modeling function for the metal fabrication device. The quality of a finished workpiece bent by the industrial robot from a metal plate may be analyzed from the analysis report generated by the computing system.

An embodiment includes providing a scalable distribution of in-memory database (IMDB) system nodes organized as one or more data fabrics. Further included is providing a plurality of data granularity types for storing data within the one or more data fabrics. Database executions are managed via the one or more data fabrics for a plurality of applications compatible with at least one data granularity type.
