Abstract: A fractionation process for producing value-added products from a lignocellulosic biomass, comprises: a) mechanically refining the lignocellulosic biomass under mild refining conditions to form a refined biomass pulp with enhanced susceptibility to separation of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin, and enhanced digestibility of carbohydrates in hydrolysis b) separating hemicellulose and sulfur-free high-quality lignin from cellulose in the refined biomass, and, optionally c) producing various bioproducts from the above said process.

The direct-type backlight module may comprise: a backplane; a plurality of LED lamps distributed in an array which are positioned on the backplane; a diffusion plate above the plurality of LED lamps; and multiple optical fibers connecting two adjacent LED lamps of the plurality of LED lamps, each optical fiber being provided with a plurality of light transmission openings distributed at intervals towards the diffusion plate along its extension direction. An application executing on a client device samples data related to various aspects of the application, generates a log file containing the sample data and transmits the log file to the server. The application samples the data based on specified criteria, e.g., specified events, specified actions of a user of the client device, at a specified sampling rate. The framework enables controlling the sampling of such data from the server. The framework can be used to configure various parameters of the sampling, including a number of users to be sampled, a set of events to be sampled, a sampling rate for the events, etc. After the configuration is determined, the server transmits a configuration file to the client device, which performs the sampling based on the configuration in the configuration file.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for updating a search index with new uniform resource locators (URLs) and spiking URLs with increased user interest. History data, provided from browser applications residing on users' computers that indicate URLs accessed by the users, is parsed to identify new/previously unknown URLs. The history data also indicates URLs in which there is increased interest based on a number of recent hits as compared to an average number of hits determined over time. Author postings of new URLs to social networking sites and a quality rating of the authors may also be used to identify and filter new URLs. Search indexes are updated with the new and spiking URL data. As such, lag time between posting of new URLs and spiking of URL interest and inclusion of this data in a search index is greatly decreased.

Abstract: Provided is a method for interference alignment applied to a multi-cell and multi-user Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system. The method includes that: a BS divides multiple users in a cell into a plurality of user groups, and notifies the multiple users of grouping information; and when one of the plurality of user groups is interfered by a neighbor cell, users in the one of the plurality of user groups cooperate with each other to perform interference alignment. The disclosure also provides a pre-coding method and system based on interference alignment. The disclosure, by means of grouping and cooperation of the users and designing of a receiving matrix of each user, achieves the effect of interference alignment in a signal transmission space of the BS.

The image processing method includes identifying a plurality of scenarios from an original image, determining an enhancement method corresponding to each of the scenarios, and performing image processing on the corresponding scenario through the enhancement method to obtain an enhanced image.
