Abstract: A method and an apparatus for high-throughput preparation of a cement-based material are released and belong to the technical field of cement production. According to the technical solution of the present application, a single-mine, a single-phase or a unit components maintaining specific hydration hardening characteristics are used as structural units, and the method comprises the following steps that (1) the structural units are placed in storage tubes X1, X2, X3 . . . Xn respectively; (2) the materials in the storage pipes are put according to the composition design proportion of the cement-based material, and Y1, Y2, Y3 . . . Ym of mixed materials are prepared; (3) fully and uniformly mixing the Y1, Y2, Y3 . . . Ym of mixed materials through a uniform mixing device; and 4) respectively filling the Y1, Y2, Y3 . . . Ym of uniformly mixed materials into storage tanks Z1, Z2, Z3 . . . Zm to prepare m groups of cement-based material samples.

Abstract: A method for preparing Portland cement includes: respectively weighing iron slag, copper slag, vanadium slag, and nickel slag and grinding, to yield prefabricated iron slag, prefabricated copper slag, prefabricated vanadium slag, and prefabricated nickel slag; weighing mica and kaolinite, mixing, and grinding to obtain aluminous raw materials; evenly mixing the prefabricated iron slag and the aluminous raw materials, and calcining, to yield an iron-aluminum eutectic mineral; weighing the marble, fluorite, dolomite, and quartz, evenly mixing the marble, fluorite, dolomite, and quartz with the prefabricated copper slag, prefabricated vanadium slag, and prefabricated nickel slag to yield a first mixture; grinding the iron-aluminum eutectic mineral to yield powders, and calcining a second mixture of the first mixture and the powders, to yield the cement clinker; and cooling the cement clinker, and grinding a third mixture of the cooled cement clinker and the gypsum, to yield the Portland cement.

Abstract: A low-carbon cement clinker, having the following parameter ranges: alkalinity coefficient C: 1.0?C?1.5; aluminum-sulfur ratio P: P<1.92; aluminum-silicon ratio N: N<1; and limestone saturation coefficient Cs: 0.9?Cs<1.0. The specific range of each parameter value ensures an idea ratio of mineral composition in the low-carbon cement clinker. The ratio promotes a coordinated interaction among different minerals and compounds present when exposed to water, leading to improved strength development and overall performance of the final cement product.

The server system stores the collected user preference data in a database associated with the server system. The server system receives a webpage request from a client system, wherein the requested webpage includes a plurality of topical sections. For each respective topical section, the server system accesses user preference data associated with the respective topical section from the database associated with the server system. The server system automatically generates a customized layout for the requested webpage by arranging the one or more topical sections in association with the user preference data associated with each topical section.

A breaking cut is formed in the connecting place between the bottom edge and the strip. The breaking cut is distributed into a number of slots connecting with each other. The configuration of the breaking slot can make several slots each with a short tearing journey when the terminals are separated from the strip, that can improve the efficacy of the product yield.
