Abstract: A rackable server system includes a rack, a fan assembly mounted to a rear of the rack, and a number of server units slidably mounted in the rack. The fan assembly includes a frame defining a number of air passages, a number of door plates mounted to the frame and correspondingly arranged in the passages, and a number of fans fixed to a rear of the frame. The air passages are correspondingly aligned with the fans. The server units are correspondingly aligned with the air passages and resist against the door plates to pivot the door plates, thereby uncovering the air passages.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for an expansion card includes a bracket, and a securing member. The bracket is capable of fixing a front end of the expansion card. The securing member is slidably mounted to the bracket back and forth, for fixing a rear end of the expansion card.

The side plate includes a first through hole defined therein and a first fastener corresponding to the first through hole. A HDD of a first size is fixed in the HDD mounting assembly by the first fastener through the first through hole. The top plate includes a second through hole defined therein and a second fastener corresponding to the second through hole. A HDD of a second size is fixed in the HDD mounting assembly by the second fastener through the second through hole, and the first size is different from the second size.

Abstract: A latch mechanism includes a press portion, two connection portions, and two latch portions. The two connection portions are connected to opposite ends of the press portion correspondingly. Each connection portion includes two connectors. First ends of the two connectors are connected together to form a coupling end to connected to a corresponding end of the press portion. Each latch portion is selectively connected to the second end of one of the two connectors of a corresponding connection portion.

Abstract: A computer enclosure includes an enclosure, a mounting board, a device mounted to the mounting board, and a latching member pivotably mounted to the mounting board. The enclosure includes a bottom plate, and a number of mounting tabs extend from the bottom plate. The mounting board is detachably mounted to the bottom plate. A number of clamping hooks extend from the mounting board, to fix the mounting tabs. The latching member includes an elastic hook. The latching member is rotated, with the elastic hook received in or withdrawing from the enclosure. When the hook engages with the enclosure, the latching member prevents the clamping hooks from disengaging from the mounting tabs.

The pressing member includes an abutting portion to press the heat sink, and two locking portions extending from opposite ends of the abutting portion. When the heat sink is mounted to a heat-generating component by the fasteners, the abutting portion is stretched to be resiliently flexed by the locking portions latched by the fasteners. The timer provides a pulse signal to switch the first and second electronic switches. The first electronic switch provides a first level signal to one end of the LED. The second electronic switch switches the third electronic switch on and off. The third electronic switch provides a third level signal to another end of the LED. The regulator adjusts the pulse signal to be at a predetermined frequency to control the first, second, and the third level signals to alternate between a high voltage level and a low voltage level at the predetermined frequency. The LED is driven to be on and off at the predetermined frequency by the first and third level signals.
