    Abstract: A method of preparing an antibody therapeutic is provided comprising: (a) providing a dissociated cell sample from at least one solid tumor sample obtained from a patient; (b) loading the dissociated cell sample into a microfluidic device having a flow region and at least one isolation region fluidically connected to the flow region; (c) moving at least one B cell from the dissociated cell sample into at least one isolation region in the microfluidic device, thereby obtaining at least one isolated B cell; and (d) using the microfluidic device to identify at least one B cell that produces antibodies capable of binding to cancer cells. The cancer cells can be the patient's own cancer cells. Also provided are methods of treating patients, methods of labeling or detecting cancer, engineered T or NK cells comprising antibodies or fragments thereof, and engineered antibody constructs.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a bionic laminated thermal insulation material, which imitates a multi-thin laminated and thin-layer micro-pore structure of Sequoia sempervirens bark with fire resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent thermal insulation performance. A low thermal conductivity microporous powder is used as main raw material, while reinforcing agent, plasticizer and porosity agent are added to form microporous thin-layer units, and each thin-layer unit is bonded and laminated to make a laminated thermal insulation material. The thermal conductivity of the finished products is as low as 0.02˜0.05 W/m·k, with good thermal insulation and mechanical properties, which can be used in a temperature range below 1000° C., with better thermal insulation and energy-saving effect and toughness than ordinary thermal insulation materials, significantly reducing the thickness of the insulation layer, and can be widely used in industrial furnaces, thermal engineering devices, insulation pipes and other fields.

The micron-level high-speed identification module is used to quickly identify the type of a material substrate of a workpiece to be processed, process the identification information into a corresponding control signal, and send same to the energy field loading high-speed control module to implement selective processing of the workpiece to be processed, i.e. to process brittle particles using in-situ laser assisted machining and to process a soft metal substrate using ultrasonic vibration processing. In the present invention, ultra-precision cutting of brittle particles and a soft metal substrate can be completed at the same time in a single processing process.

A rescheduling and/or upgrading solution is thus proposed for a source container group, so that the source container group is still in a service state during the rescheduling and/or upgrading solution, which improves the performance of storage services and reduces the data unavailable time.

In the disclosure, the lifetime of the IGBT module under the coupling effect of the solder layer and the bonding wire may be accurately predicted.
