    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of alkaline polymer electrolyte membranes, and relates to a comb-shaped structure polybenzimidazole anion exchange membrane with high conductivity and preparation method thereof. In the invention, firstly, polybenzimidazole is grafted with the non-cationic side chains to the max grafting rate to synthesize the de-protonated comb-shaped polybenzimidazole material, avoiding the N—H in benzimidazole forms ionic binding with cationic functional groups, which will reduce the reactivity and mobility of cationic groups; then react de-protonated comb-shaped polybenzimidazole with quaternization reagent to attach the pendent side chain with cationic functional groups, making it easy to aggregate to form ion clusters and hydrophilic/hydrophobic microphase separation. The anion exchange membrane prepared in this invention has excellent conductivity, mechanical properties and alkaline stability.

    Abstract: Provided are a preparation method and system for a recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) and a recombinant bacmid. The method comprises: first reconstructing a recombinant bacmid containing a recombinant baculovirus genome that produces essential functional elements for an rAAV, at least one of the essential functional elements being inserted into the N-terminal or C-terminal of a locus of an essential gene of the recombinant baculovirus genome; and then transfecting the obtained recombinant bacmid containing the recombinant baculovirus genome that produces the rAAV into a host cell line for culturing to prepare an rAAV. Compared with recombinant baculoviruses obtained by conventional Tn7 recombinant preparations of recombinant bacmid, the recombinant baculovirus obtained by inserting a core element containing Cap, Rep and ITR into two sides of a baculovirus essential gene has a more stable rAAV serial passage production level in a cell and has a higher rAAV yield.

    Abstract: A method for monolithic integration of a hyperspectral image sensor is provided, which includes: forming a bottom reflecting layer on a surface of the photosensitive region of a CMOS image sensor wafer; forming a transparent cavity layer composed of N step structures on the bottom reflecting layer through area selective atomic layer deposition processes, where N=2m, m?1 and m is a positive integer; and forming a top reflecting layer on the transparent cavity layer. With the method, non-uniformity accumulation due to etching processes in conventional technology is minimized, and the cavity layer can be made of materials which cannot be etched. Mosaic cavity layers having such repeated structures with different heights can be formed by extending one-dimensional ASALD, such as extending in another dimension and forming repeated regions, which can be applied to snapshot hyperspectral image sensors, for example, pixels, and greatly improving performance thereof.
