Abstract: Disclosed are a compound containing a fused ring, a use thereof and a pharmaceutical composition containing same. Provided are a compound as shown in formula I-A, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate thereof, a solvate of the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a crystal form thereof. The compound can significantly reduce the levels of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA, and can be used for preparing a drug for treating hepatitis B, and has good market prospects.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a new triptolide derivative as shown in formula (I). Also disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for the compound and the medical use thereof in preparation of anti-cancer drugs. Triptolide acrylate of the present invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have anti-cancer activity, and after animal in-vivo experiments, can effectively inhibit tumor growth in animals. A plurality of in-vitro experiments proves that same can significantly increase the protein expression quantity of p53, promote the apoptosis of tumor cells, effectively inhibit the growth of the tumor cells, and have the effect of inhibiting metastasis of cancer cells. More importantly, the toxicity of the compound to normal cells is less than that of triptolide.

Abstract: A terminal device sends first information to a cloud device, where the first information indicates a posture and a location of the terminal device at a first moment. Then, the terminal device receives information about a first field of view image from the cloud device, where the first field of view image is a field of view image corresponding to the posture and the location of the terminal device at the first moment. The terminal device displays an image within a field of view range of the terminal device at a second moment based on the information about the first field of view image and a posture change and a location change of the terminal device from the first moment to the second moment.

Abstract: The invention discloses a bionic human esophagus and stomach digestive system including a bionic stomach assembly and a bionic esophagus assembly. The bionic stomach assembly includes a bionic stomach including a stomach body provided with a pylorus and a cardia, a rolling compression apparatus disposed outside the stomach body for performing rolling compression on the bionic stomach, and a gastric juice tube in fluid communication with the stomach body. The bionic esophagus assembly includes a bionic esophagus in fluid communication with the cardia, a first and second esophagus clamp which are respectively clamped at two ends of the bionic esophagus for controlling the esophagus to be opened or closed, and a vibrator disposed between the first and second esophagus clamps for driving the bionic esophagus to vibrate. In the application, the bionic stomach and esophagus are subject to mechanical compression and vibration, thereby simulating a real stomach digestive system.

The flexible structure comprises a frustum-shaped portion having a wider end and a narrower end, wherein the wider end of the frustum-shaped portion is arranged proximal to the support, and an elongated portion extending from the narrower end of the frustum-shaped portion, wherein the flexible structure further comprises a stretchable conducting film arranged on the frustum-shaped portion.
