  • Publication number: 20160065043
Abstract: Displacement devices comprise a stator and a moveable stage. The stator comprises a plurality of coils shaped to provide pluralities of generally linearly elongated coil traces in one or more layers. Layers of coils may overlap in the Z-direction. The moveable stage comprises a plurality of magnet arrays. Each magnet array may comprise a plurality of magnetization segments generally linearly elongated in a corresponding direction. Each magnetization segment has a magnetization direction generally orthogonal to the direction in which it is elongated and at least two of the magnetization directions are different from one another. One or more amplifiers may be connected to selectively drive current in the coil traces and to thereby effect relative movement between the stator and the moveable stage.

  • Publication number: 20150329433
Abstract: Provided is an environment-friendly slow-release sulfur-based nitrogen potassium compound fertilizer. The preparation includes first preparing sulfur-based nitrogen potassium compound fertilizer granules, and then conducting primary coating of stearic acid and secondary surface powder dusting of modified zeolite powder on the sulfur-based nitrogen potassium compound fertilizer granules, to obtain the slow-release sulfur-based nitrogen potassium compound fertilizer. The sulfur-based nitrogen potassium compound fertilizer granules are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 31 to 57 parts of urea, 10 to 20 parts of ammonium sulfate, 20 to 50 parts of potassium sulfate, 6 to 12 parts of a granulating auxiliary agent, and a proper amount of water.

  • Patent number: 7840372
Abstract: A self-calibration method and apparatus for on-axis rotary encoders comprising the steps of: receiving output signals from a detector during a spindle-free response period, the signals including a plurality of data sets wherein each data set comprises the periods between sampling events occurring in one revolution of the encoder at an angular speed, selecting a data set pair from the output signals, wherein the data set pair contains two linearly uncorrelated data sets; defining a model of the angular distances between each sampling event occurring in one revolution of the encoder as a function of one or more damping coefficients and the periods between each sampling event as contained in the data set pair; solving the model for the angular distances for the data set pair using circular closure and dynamic reversal techniques; and establishing an encoder error map using the selected solved angular distances from the model.
