Abstract: The present disclosure describes techniques for improving data subsampling for recommendation systems. A user-item graph associated with training data may be constructed. An importance of user-item interactions may be estimated via graph conductance based on the user-item graph. An importance of the training data may be measured via sample hardness using a pre-trained pilot model. A subsampling rate may be generated based on the importance estimated from the user-item graph and the importance measured by the pre-trained pilot model.

Abstract: An SNP molecular marker for weight gain trait selection and genetic sex identification of Ictalurus punctatus as well as a screening method and application of the SNP molecular marker are provided. At least one of 17 SNP molecular markers for weight gain trait selection of Ictalurus punctatus and a molecular control means for genetic sex and weight gain trait selection and control of Ictalurus punctatus are further provided. Efficient and scientific identification of Ictalurus punctatus is achieved by means of simple PCR reactions and nucleic acid test strips, and the accuracy rate reaches 100%. A traditional agarose gel electrophoresis method is not used in the whole identification process, the cumbersome steps of gel preparation and running electrophoresis are omitted, nucleic acid dyes are not used, and the experimental process is safe and environmentally friendly.

Abstract: A wireless sensor network deployment structure combined with SFFT and COA and a frequency spectrum reconstruction method therefor. The wireless sensor network deployment structure includes: frequency spectrum acquisition sensor nodes dispersed in each region, and a sink node, wherein all the frequency spectrum acquisition sensor nodes have the same structure, and include: a broadband frequency spectrum antenna, a delayer, an ADC, a first baseband processing module, a DAC and a transmitting antenna that are successively connected; all the frequency spectrum acquisition sensor nodes are cooperated to realize SFFT and COA of signals; the signals transmitted by all the frequency spectrum acquisition sensor nodes are superimposed over the air and received by the sink node; and the sink node extracts a data domain from a received signal frame by post-processing, thereby completing frequency spectrum reconstruction.

A certificate is generated based on the identity information for allowing the user to participate in the offline interactive activity.

The separation and purification aspects may be provided in separate components or within the same component. The separation aspect assists in separating erythrocytes (red blood cells) from other cells in blood, such as by aggregation of the red blood cells. A suitable aggregation device or device component uses chambers with at least one small dimension (e.g., a microfluidic chip) to control the interaction of the blood with a solution containing a high molecular weight polymer (e.g., dextran) to achieve separation.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are compounds capable of inducing apoptosis through promoting Nur77 interaction with Bcl-2 and through modulating mitochondrial activities. Also disclosed herein are compositions and methods using these compounds and compositions. Nur77 is a key regulator of Bcl-2 activities and is capable of converting Bcl-2 from an anti-apoptotic protein to a pro-apoptotic protein. Small molecules that directly modulate the Nur77/Bc1-2 apoptotic pathways are promising for treating diseases with abnormal levels of Bcl-2, Nur77, or combinations thereof, including cancers.

The present invention also provides a process for preparing a live attenuated influenza vaccine with the composition according to the present invention, comprising the following steps: dissolving the components of the composition according to the present invention sequentially into a pH buffer solution, adjusting the pH to a specified value, performing filtration sterilization, and adding virus stock to give the live attenuated influenza vaccine. The present invention further provides a live attenuated influenza vaccine, which may be used as an injection or nasal spray.
