    Abstract: System and methods of this technology can provide a framework using machine learning based message generator. The framework can retrieve elapsed times according to computing devices executing an application. Once the elapsed times are retrieved, the framework can generate a total elapsed time that can indicate an average amount of time captured by the at least one computing devices. The framework can make a determination based on the total elapsed time and a threshold elapsed time. The threshold elapsed time can be generated from data associated with previous months, years, days, among other time periods. Upon determining that the total elapsed time is higher than the threshold elapsed time, the framework can generate instructions to display the metrics associated with the total elapsed time, on another computing device.

    Abstract: Provided are functional segregated telodendrimers having, for example, two or three functional segments. The telodendrimers can aggregate to form nanocarriers. The telodendrimers can have one or more tetracycline drugs (such as CMT-3) physically bound thereto that release under physiological conditions. Such nanocarriers with loaded CMT-3 disperse stably in aqueous solution and may be used in treating inflammatory disease through local or systemic administration. Also provided are methods of treating acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and/or CARDS in a subject in need thereof, including: administering a therapeutically effective amount of CMT-3 and one or more nonantimicrobial host-modulators directly to the lungs of the patient. In embodiments, CMT-3 is administered to the lungs in an aerosolized formulation.     Abstract: A Bacillus velezensis (B. velezensis) strain bred through ultrasound-assisted adaptive evolution and use thereof are provided. In the present disclosure, a B. velezensis strain (B. velezensis CICC 23571) is used as a starting strain, and an ultrasound-assisted adaptive evolution process is performed, where a proportion of organic nitrogen in a medium is continuously reduced and proportions of inorganic nitrogen and a sugar source are increased to obtain a B. velezensis mutant strain with a high polypeptide yield. Different metabolic pathways in the mutant strain are enhanced, such that the mutant strain can efficiently convert inorganic nitrogen into organic nitrogen or reduce the deaminization of organic nitrogen, and finally a yield of polypeptides is greatly increased.
