    Abstract: Provided is a circuit for adjusting light-emitting diode (LED) current; the circuit comprises: a single-output constant current source (21), a multi-path LED output circuit (22) and a control bus (20) connected to the multi-path LED output circuit (22); any given LED output circuit comprises: a load circuit (23), an adjustment circuit (24), a current regulation circuit (25) and an adjustment control circuit (26). The circuit for adjusting LED current provided in the technical solution of the present invention adjusts the current of each LED output circuit via the load circuit, the adjustment circuit, the current regulation circuit and the adjustment control circuit, thus adjusting characteristic parameters such as color, color temperature, color rendering index, brightness and the like of the LED light source, thereby avoiding the problem of high cost caused by using multi-path constant current DC/DC circuit to adjust the current of each path.

    Abstract: A defect detection system for an extreme ultraviolet lithography mask comprises an extreme ultraviolet light source (1), extreme ultraviolet light transmission parts (2, 3), an extreme ultraviolet lithography mask (4), a photon sieve (6) and a collection (7) and analysis (8) system. Point light source beams emitted by the extreme ultraviolet light source (1) are focused on the extreme ultraviolet lithography mask (4) through the extreme ultraviolet light transmission parts (2, 3); the extreme ultraviolet lithography mask (4) emits scattered light and illuminates the photon sieve (6); and the photon sieve (6) forms a dark field image and transmits the same to the collection (7) and analysis (8) system. The defect detection system for the extreme ultraviolet photolithographic mask uses the photon sieve to replace a Schwarzchild objective, thereby realizing lower cost, relatively small size and high resolution.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a power tool with a quick-operated locking mechanism. The distance between the locking mechanism and the carrier of the output shaft keeps constant in the locking position to prevent slippage of the fixer and ensure the working head firmly fixed.

A node of the ring broadcasts a message carrying the MAC address group indexed by its own MAC address in the Ethernet ring network; the node of the ring receiving the message completes the classification of the MAC address corresponding to the ring port in its own FDB by adding the MAC address group carried by the message into its own FDB. The present invention also provides a device for classifying media access control (MAC) address based on Ethernet ring network.

The composition of the invention has been found to give improved antimicrobial activity from the zinc/stannous combination without significant taste, staining or stability problems, compared to compositions having lower levels of chelants.
