    Abstract: The present invention provides a speed measurement method and apparatus using a plurality of cameras. The speed measurement method includes: S1: calibrating positions of the respective cameras in a camera group, which are on a mobile platform at fixed relative positions; S2: obtaining a sequence of synchronized images from the respective cameras in the camera group, and recording time stamps thereof; and S3: performing a registration on the images captured by the respective cameras in the camera group and, if a registration result of two of the images is greater than a first threshold, calculating a position transformation matrix for the two images, and then calculating a position transformation matrix for the mobile platform based on the positional relationships between the cameras that captured the two images, and finally calculating a speed information of the mobile platform based on the position transformation matrix and an interval between times when the two images were captured.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to application of gossypol and its optical isomers to preparation of an anti-Coronavirus drug. Specifically disclosed is application of pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, isotopes, stereoisomers, stereoisomer mixtures, and tautomers of the gossypol and its optical isomers to preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating a disease caused by a Coronavirus. The Coronavirus is MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, or SARS-CoV-2. It is found in the present invention for the first time that the gossypol and its optical isomers can inhibit the activity of Coronavirus 3CL proteases to achieve an anti-Coronavirus effect. The half maximal inhibitory concentrations of gossypol and (?)-gossypol to SARS-CoV proteases and SARS-CoV-2 3CL proteases are all lower than 10 ?M. The anti-Coronavirus 3CL protease effect is good. Therefore, the gossypol and its optical isomers have the potential for use in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating novel Coronavirus infections.

The method includes: dispersing a conductive agent and a magnetic nanomaterial in sodium alginate solutions to form an electrically conductive shielding solution and a magnetic field shielding solution, respectively; applying the electrically conductive and magnetic field shielding solutions onto two opposite surfaces of a transparent substrate to form an electrically conductive shielding layer and a magnetic field shielding layer, respectively, so that an electromagnetic shielding film precursor of a sandwich structure is obtained; and placing the film precursor in a calcium chloride solution to perform a crosslinking process to cure the layers, so as to obtain an electromagnetic shielding film product after being rinsed and dried.
