    Abstract: A reference voltage circuit is provided and may be used with a temperature sensor of a neural interface. The circuit includes a first MOS transistor providing a current to a set of transistors, including a second MOS transistor generating a first PTAT voltage, a BJT generating a CTAT voltage, and a third MOS transistor generating a second PTAT voltage. The reference voltage is the sum of the first and second PTAT voltage and the CTAT voltage. The first and the third MOS transistors are of the same type, and a source-bulk voltage of the third MOS transistor is non-zero. The first PTAT voltage is independent of a threshold voltage of the second MOS transistor, and a dependence of the second PTAT voltage on the threshold voltage of the third MOS transistor is opposite of a dependence of the CTAT voltage on a threshold voltage of the first MOS transistor.

    Abstract: An apparatus for monitoring three-dimensional strain in landslide slip zone includes a strain sensor, a data control module, and a magnetic positioning device. The strain sensor includes a protective shell, a slidable rotating cover, a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor, and a telescopic rod. The telescopic rod is configured to push the FBG sensor into contact with a stratum to monitor strain information of soil and rock mass in the slip zone. The data control module is electrically connected to a switch of the slidable rotating cover via data cable and is configured to preprocess data collected by the FBG sensor. The magnetic positioning device is configured to correct displacement detection orientation errors of the FBG sensor caused by landslide deformation.

    Abstract: Provided in the present application is a ratiometric fluorescent probe for detecting a colorectal cancer marker homocysteine with high selectivity and a preparation method thereof and relates to the field of analytical chemistry. The ratiometric fluorescent probe has structural formula of: Dual-site binding strategy is adopted in the ratiometric fluorescent probe and the nitro group is introduced into the coumarin fluorophore to achieve specific detection of homocysteine, at the same time, ratiometric detection of homocysteine is achieved by connecting a chromophore having strong green fluorescence through piperazine. Potential interference of background fluorescence can be avoided by the ratio of red fluorescence to green fluorescence, thereby enhancing the sensitivity and accuracy of homocysteine detection.

    Abstract: An ADC circuit with a comparator circuit for a neural interface is provided. The comparator circuit includes a comparator to receive a first and a second signal, and amplify the first and the second signal. A bump bias circuit of the comparator circuit receives the amplified first and second signal, and causes the comparator to operate at a higher power level when a difference between the amplified first and second signal is smaller and to operate at a lower power level when the difference between the amplified first and second signal is larger. Two comparator circuits are connected to a first and second switching circuit. A control circuit of the ADC circuit may set a capacitor state of first capacitor pairs of the first switching circuit and a capacitor state of second capacitors pairs of the second switching circuit, based on outputs of the first and second comparator circuit.

Geometric mapping registration is performed on radar two-dimensional imaging information and topographic data in a monitoring area to achieve mutual transformation between a two-dimensional polar coordinate system of radar and a spatial three-dimensional point cloud coordinate system and determine spatial position information of deformation of a unique side slope ground object target in a radar resolution unit. Moreover, radar time sequence deformation data may be converted into information of deformation along a major sliding direction of the side slope by determining projection transformation parameters of a side slope sliding vector and a line-of-sight direction vector.

The transconductor is provides a first CM voltage signal tapped after a non-inverting input, and a second CM voltage signal tapped after am inverting input, to CM amplifier of the amplifier circuit. The CM amplifier combines the first CM voltage signal with the second CM voltage signal, amplifies the combined CM voltage signal with an inverting gain, and provides the inverted CM voltage signal back to the non-inverting input and the inverting input of the transconductor for enabling the CM suppression.

The braided stent can be subjected to axially deformable compression, but axially basically non-deformable stretching.
