The extracted acid solution is mixed with the fluorine-containing wastewater to obtain acidified fluorine-containing wastewater. The acidified fluorine-containing wastewater is fed into the first mixing storage tank and performed for a deep defluorination in the first adsorption column. The extracted alkaline solution is mixed with the defluorination wastewater by utilizing the second mixer. The reacted purified water is extracted into the second adsorption column to remove hardness to obtain pure water. Excess purified water is discharged directly.
