The terminal device receives the first information, and determines, based on the first information, the frequency compensation manner to be used to send the uplink signal. The terminal device performs frequency compensation for the uplink signal based on the frequency compensation manner.

A dimension, namely, a polarization parameter, is introduced into a random access procedure, so that a preamble capacity is increased, a problem that the network device cannot identify a colliding terminal device is alleviated, and efficiency of establishing a communication connection between the terminal device and the network device is improved.

The strain provided in the present invention can be used for preparing a biological detoxification preparation for DON. The strain provided in the present invention can be used for degrading DON in feed and food raw materials, primary processing products, deep processing products and related processing byproducts. The strain provided in the present invention can be applied to various ecosystems such as soil or bodies of water polluted by DON to achieve the purposes of DON degradation and ecological restoration.
