  • Publication number: 20250038976
Abstract: A lattice-based proxy signature method, apparatus and device, a lattice-based proxy signature verification method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. Polynomials are randomly selected in rings to calculate public and private keys of nodes, and the magnitudes of proxy public and private keys are the same as the magnitudes of public and private keys of an original signer. Therefore, compared with existing proxy signature schemes, the present application has smaller lengths of public and private keys and higher storage efficiency. Proxy signature information generated in the present application shows a signature of the original signer and also shows a signature of a proxy signer. Once a proxy signature is created, the proxy signature cannot be repudiated by the proxy signer, and has strong non-repudiation and strong unforgeability. The proxy signature method has the advantage of resisting quantum computer attack.

  • Publication number: 20250019840
Abstract: Nanomaterials and methods of preparation and use thereof, are disclosed. The nanomaterials include a non-noble metal substrate and noble metal atoms on a surface of the non-noble metal substrate. The noble metal atoms simultaneously coordinate with a halogen and oxygen. The substrate has a large specific surface area and a large electrochemical active area, and the surface coordination environment of the noble metal affects the electronic structure and catalytic activity of a resulting catalyst. The noble metal surface coordination structure may be regulated and controlled by a synthesis temperature, an alkalinity, a reaction time, and an electrodeposition voltage range. A hydroxide ion and the halogen coordinate with the noble metal, exhibiting an unsaturated pentacoordinate state. Doping the substrate with reducing metal ions may increase the loading capacity, anchor the noble metal atoms, and improve anodic oxygen evolution and cathodic hydrogen evolution in seawater electrolysis.

  • Patent number: 12159994
Abstract: An immobilized selenium body, made from carbon and selenium and optionally sulfur, makes selenium more stable, requiring a higher temperature or an increase in kinetic energy for selenium to escape from the immobilized selenium body and enter a gas system, as compared to selenium alone. Immobilized selenium localized in a carbon skeleton can be utilized in a rechargeable battery. Immobilization of the selenium can impart compression stress on both the carbon skeleton and the selenium. Such compression stress enhances the electrical conductivity in the carbon skeleton and among the selenium particles and creates an interface for electrons to be delivered and or harvested in use of the battery. A rechargeable battery made from immobilized selenium can be charged or discharged at a faster rate over conventional batteries and can demonstrate excellent cycling stability.

  • Patent number: 12155058
Abstract: An immobilized chalcogen system or body includes an element of chalcogen, an electrically conductive material, and a hydrophilic membrane gate. The hydrophilic membrane gate may be used to isolate hydrophobic regions, one related to polychalcogenide ion(s) and another related to a hydrophobic electrolyte system. The hydrophilic membrane gate may prevent polychalcogenide from forming, and may provide control of undesirable parasitic mass transport and undesirable electron transport inside a chalcogen-based battery, and thereby allow the battery to cycle at a high specific capacity with a long cycling life. If desired, the immobilized chalcogen system or body may be employed in a cathode of a rechargeable battery.
