Abstract: An optical subassembly includes: a TSV submount layer carrying an active optical component and a sandwich cap bonded to the TSV submount layer. The sandwich cap includes a bottom spacer layer disposed above the TSV submount layer, a glass layer above the bottom spacer layer, and an upper spacer layer above the glass layer. A cavity is defined in the bottom spacer layer and configured for accommodating the active optical component. At least one first lens is formed on the glass layer and is opposite to the active optical component. An alignment feature is formed in the upper spacer layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a secure communication authentication method and system in a distributed environment. By using the method and the system of the present invention, disadvantages in a platform identity certification process in TCG remote certification are alleviated, a method for platform identity certification is expanded, and by combining three technologies, that are, zero-knowledge proof, a Kerberos framework and a virtual TPM, a new verification method is designed, which is mainly intended to make improvement in the aspects in the existing method such as platform information exposure, a trusted third-party bottleneck and complexity avoidance. By using the method and the system of the present invention, the problems of privacy exposure and efficiency in mutual verification between remote servers in the existing distributed system.

Abstract: A method and system of discovering and analyzing structures of user groups in a microblog is provided in this invention. The method of discovering and analyzing structures of the user groups in a microblog comprises: acquiring information on behavior data of microblog users of a target group; constructing a microblog user association network based on the information on behavior data of the microblog users of the target group; acquiring at least one maximal clique from the microblog user association network; acquiring at least one core clique based on the maximal clique; and conducting behavior analysis on the user groups in the microblog based on the acquired maximal clique and/or the acquired core clique.

Abstract: Provided are a method and system for identifying microblog user identity. The method comprises obtaining behavioral data of a user to be identified and feature library information of user behavior, reprocessing the obtained behavioral data of the user to be identified, performing semantic unit reconstruction on the preprocessed user behavioral data, and obtaining attribute information and its corresponding weight of the semantic unit; obtaining behavioral feature of the user to be identified based on attribute information and corresponding weight. The method further comprises comparing behavioral feature of user to be identified with each feature category in the feature library information of user behavior and determining the identity of the user to be identified of user behavior exceeds a predefined threshold. Using the provided method and system for identifying the microblog user identity, the accuracy and real-time performance of identifying the microblog user identity may be effectively improved.

Abstract: An optical navigation apparatus comprises a substrate with a sensor integrated circuit and an infrared source formed thereon; a sensor cover shielding the sensor integrated circuit and the infrared source; at least one visible light source formed outside the sensor cover and electrically connected with the substrate; a light guide located outside the sensor cover and covering the visible light source; and an outer housing covering the light guide and the substrate, and the outer housing comprises an infrared window and a side wall capable of guiding visible light towards and illuminating a region of the outer housing. In such an arrangement, the outer housing of the present invention is not only used as a casing for protection, but also served as light guide and distribution structure to reflect and re-distribute light sufficiently to achieve a uniform illuminated character shape.

A distribution subsystem receives downloading task information from a user, and sends the downloading task information to a downloading subsystem. The downloading subsystem downloads task result information according to the downloading task information, and sends the task result information to the distribution subsystem. The distribution subsystem receives the task result information, and returns the task result information to the user made the request. The physical environment of the system can include a distribution server and a downloading subsystem group, the internal function of the system is to assign the required tasks to the downloading subsystem group based on a queue model, the downloading subsystem group can process the assigned tasks concurrently.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method and a system for extracting post contents from a forum web page. The method includes: acquiring a forum web page; converting the forum web page into a DOM tree, wherein the DOM tree at least includes a root node and at least one child node attached to the root node; generating frequent patterns for the root node and the at least one child node in a one-to-one correspondence mode; determining a node corresponding to information contents in the forum web page according to a frequent pattern, satisfying a preset condition, in the frequent patterns; and extracting the information contents in the forum web page from the node corresponding to the information contents in the forum web page based on a preset common sub-tree algorithm.

Abstract: Techniques for enabling SDMA in a wireless network without using special SDMA related protocols in user terminals are disclosed. By emulating multiple non-SDMA base stations co-located at the same cell site, a base station is capable of communicating with regular user terminals on SDMA channels without requiring special SDMA protocols being implemented in the user terminals. FDMA, TDMA, and CDMA, or any combination of the three, may be used inside each of the emulated non-SDMA base station. SDMA, or any combination of SDMA, FDMA, TDMA, and CDMA, may be used among the emulated non-SDMA base stations. Coordination among the emulated non-SDMA base stations, as well as additional frequency domain, time domain, and code domain signal processing techniques, without the knowledge of the user terminals, may be performed by the SDMA base station to aid in more reliable communication of the SDMA channels.

Abstract: Demodulating a DPSK signal is accomplished using a saturated signal, and subjecting the signal to a low pass filter for noise reshaping. Higher order demodulation is then conducted on the reshaped signal. Sporadic constellation pull-away which occurs will result in random demodulation errors which will be correctly interpreted as in more conventional approaches using higher order demodulation.

Abstract: A method for non-data aided frequency offset determination for MPSK demodulation is accomplished by receiving a stream of K symbols and providing the symbol stream to a delay line of L symbols in length with L greater than 1. The symbol stream and an output of the delay line is taken at each increment of L and then multiplied and the output of the multiplier is raised to the M power to remove modulation. The result is accumulated over K symbols and the argument of 1/K2?MLT times the accumulated result is determined as a frequency offset. L is then incremented and the calculation repeated. The calculated frequency offsets are then summed for a final frequency offset determination.

A communication signal is broadcast over each of one or more SDMA channels of a multi-access channel to one or more corresponding user terminals. A set of transmit spatial weights is determined for a synchronization burst to a user terminal attempting to reestablish communication over an SDMA channel of the multi-access channel. The set of transmit spatial weights is determined such that interference caused by one or more communication signals to the synchronization burst is reduced.
