    Abstract: A Christmas tree ring that can be assembled is provided, which includes a plurality of ring frames; two ends of the ring frames are respectively provided with a first insertion tube and a second insertion tube. A size of an outer surface of the second insertion tube is adapted to a size of an inner wall of the first insertion tube to achieve an insertion between adjacent first insertion tube and second insertion tube when the plurality of ring frames are spliced. The first insertion tube is provided with a connection hole, the second insertion tube is provided with a limiting element. By providing the ring frames, the ring frames are spliced together by the first insertion tube and second insertion tube provided on them. The plurality of ring frames are detachable, thereby greatly reducing packaging volumes, lowering transportation costs, and also facilitating consumers to assemble them themselves.

The dCAPS molecular marker is located at a site of 676077050 to 676084414 base pairs (bp) on wheat chromosome 1B. A primer set for identifying the dCAPS molecular marker is provided. The resistance to Fusarium crown rot caused by Fusarium pseudograminearum can be rapidly predicted and screened through the molecular marker detection during seedling stage, which saves precious scientific research time and a lot of manpower and material resources, and the identification result is stable. Therefore, the method can accurately and efficiently screen a wheat variety with resistance to the Fusarium crown rot, and greatly improve a breeding process of a wheat with high-yield and resistance to the Fusarium crown rot.
