CHRISTMAS TREE RING
A Christmas tree ring that can be assembled is provided, which includes a plurality of ring frames; two ends of the ring frames are respectively provided with a first insertion tube and a second insertion tube. A size of an outer surface of the second insertion tube is adapted to a size of an inner wall of the first insertion tube to achieve an insertion between adjacent first insertion tube and second insertion tube when the plurality of ring frames are spliced. The first insertion tube is provided with a connection hole, the second insertion tube is provided with a limiting element. By providing the ring frames, the ring frames are spliced together by the first insertion tube and second insertion tube provided on them. The plurality of ring frames are detachable, thereby greatly reducing packaging volumes, lowering transportation costs, and also facilitating consumers to assemble them themselves.
The present disclosure relates to the field of Christmas tree technologies, and in particular, to a Christmas tree ring that can be assembled.
BACKGROUNDIn traditional Christmas tree decoration, the frame of the Christmas tree plays a crucial role. It not only serves as a skeleton supporting the entire structure of the Christmas tree, but also carries various decorations, giving the Christmas tree a festive atmosphere. Currently, most common Christmas tree frames on the market adopt an integrated welding design, which is composed of multiple curved metal rods welded together to form a complete circular frame. Although this design is structurally stable, it has some defects.
Due to the use of integral welding structure, such ring frames often have a large weight and occupy a large volume, which not only increases the cost of packaging and transportation, but also brings inconvenience to the handling and assembly process; once the integrated design of the ring frame is partially damaged during use, such as a metal rod breaking, the entire ring frame may lose stability and cannot continue to be used, requiring a complete replacement, which increases maintenance costs and inconvenience. Therefore, a Christmas tree ring that can be assembled is proposed.
SUMMARYThe purpose of the present disclosure is to address the problem that the current Christmas tree rings are mostly designed as a single unit, which is inconvenient for transportation and replaced as a whole after damage.
In order to achieve the above disclosure objectives, the present disclosure provides a Christmas tree ring that can be assembled to improve the above-mentioned problems.
The specific details of this application are as follows.

In some embodiments of the present application, the plurality of the ring frames are spliced together to form a circular structure.
In some embodiments of the present application, the limiting element includes a spring piece provided in the second insertion tube, and a limit pin is fixedly provided on the spring piece; one end of the limit pin away from the spring piece passes through the second insertion tube.
In some embodiments of the present application, one end of the spring piece away from the limit pin is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the second insertion tube.
In some embodiments of the present application, one end of the limit pin away from the spring piece is an arc shape.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ring frames includes an outer arc-shaped rod and an inner arc-shaped rod, and there are a plurality of reinforcement rods connected between the outer arc-shaped rod and the inner arc-shaped rod.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first insertion tube and the second insertion tube are respectively installed on two of the plurality of reinforcement rods.
In some embodiments of the present application, the reinforcement rods are welded together with the outer arc-shaped rod and the inner arc-shaped rod; the first insertion tube and the second insertion tube are welded together with the reinforcement rods.
In some embodiments of the present application, outer surfaces of the outer arc-shaped rod, the inner arc-shaped rod, the reinforcement rods, the first insertion tube, and the second insertion tube are all provided with protective coatings.
Compared with the existing technology, the beneficial effects of the present disclosure are: in the technical solution of the present application, in order to solve the problem that Christmas tree rings in existing technology are mostly designed as a single unit, which is inconvenient for transportation and needs to be replaced as a whole after damage, the present application provides a plurality of ring frames. The first insertion tube and second insertion tube provided on the ring frames are spliced together, and the ring frames are detachable, thereby greatly reducing packaging volumes, lowering transportation costs, and also facilitating consumers to assemble them themselves; compared to the integrated welding structure, modular design allows for only replacing a corresponding ring frame if it is damaged, reducing maintenance costs and improving product durability and sustainability.
