  • Publication number: 20110171341
Abstract: A plastic injection mold for molding a plastic article includes an upper insert and a lower insert. The upper insert and the lower insert match with each other to define an annular mold cavity therebetween. An annular gate communicates with the mold cavity for allowing molten plastic material to flow into the mold cavity to mold the article. An annular runner is connected with the annular gate for injecting molten plastic material to the annular gate. Molten plastic material will evenly flow into the mold cavity of the plastic injection mold through the annular gate to mold the plastic article, which prevents the plastic article from being disfigured, decreasing the defective products and improving the product quality.

  • Publication number: 20110123664
Abstract: A mold apparatus includes a core having a mold cavity for molding an article, a runner formed at one side of the mold cavity and communicated with the mold cavity by a side gate for allowing molten plastics to flow into the mold cavity therefrom. The core further has an angular projection projected into the side gate for forming a cleft between the article and redundant plastics formed in the runner after the molten plastics become cooling, so that the redundant plastics could be easily and rapidly removed from the article along the cleft.

  • Publication number: 20110121490
Abstract: A mold apparatus includes a core having a mold cavity for molding an article and a gate for allowing molten plastics to flow into the mold cavity therefrom. An ejector pin is arranged with a distal end thereof facing and adjacent to the gate. The ejector pin is movable with respect to the gate for making the distal end thereof close the gate or depart from the gate. The mold apparatus is capable of automatically separating redundant parts from an article without burrs.

  • Publication number: 20110111080
Abstract: A mold structure has a first die, and a second die. A first buckling element is protruded downwardly from the first die, and defines a first contact surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface has an end adjacent to the first contact surface protruded downwards to form a jamming portion, and the other end protruded downwards to form a blocking portion spaced away from and beyond the jamming portion. The jamming portion has a triangle cross-section, with a point facing downwardly and away from the blocking portion. A second buckling element is extended upwards from the second die, and has a gap at a top end thereof and passing through a side thereof. The gap defines a second contact surface, corresponding to the first contact surface, and an inclining surface, intersecting with the second contact surface with an acute angle formed therebetween for engaging with the jamming portion.

  • Publication number: 20100250077
Abstract: A control system includes first and second clutches of a transmission and a control module. Each of the first and second clutches includes an on state and an off state. The control module cycles the first clutch between the on state and the off state using a stepped command signal while the second clutch is maintained in the on state. The control module monitors an output parameter of the transmission that is based on the stepped command signal. The control module controls the transmission based on the output parameter.

  • Patent number: 7800368
Abstract: A magnetic resonance system is disclosed. The system includes a transceiver having a multichannel receiver and a multichannel transmitter, where each channel of the transmitter is configured for independent selection of frequency, phase, time, space, and magnitude, and each channel of the receiver is configured for independent selection of space, time, frequency, phase and gain. The system also includes a magnetic resonance coil having a plurality of current elements, with each element coupled in one to one relation with a channel of the receiver and a channel of the transmitter. The system further includes a processor coupled to the transceiver, such that the processor is configured to execute instructions to control a current in each element and to perform a non-linear algorithm to shim the coil.

  • Publication number: 20090002978
Abstract: A linear lighting system has a spinal structure or spine 11 and one or more elongated optical shade assemblies 13 attachable to the spinal wherein the spinal structure can be installed at a job site separately from the shade assemblies. The optical shade assemblies contain all of the more delicate optical components of the lighting system, such as a reflector 19 and diffuser cover 21, and can be shipped and handled separately from the more durable spinal structure of the lighting system, which includes system components such as lamp sockets 15, ballasts 18, and socket and ballast wiring. The spine includes multi-function bracket structures 35, 36, 80 which support the lamp sockets and which allow for the suspension, hanging or mounting of the spine and the joining of spine sections together in a continuous run.
