  • Publication number: 20180144132
Abstract: This invention comes up with a kind of Android malicious code detection method on the base of community structure analysis. During the reverse analysis process of target program, firstly, it obtains critical static feature information automatically, such as permission, function, class, system API, etc,; secondly, it uses the call relation between functions to create function call graph, and undertakes pretreatment on function call graph; make cycle division and analysis for the weighted function call graph so as to get the correction division of community structure; finally, it extract features from community structures for machine learning and get the final maliciousness determination result. This invention method is able to undertake program internal structure analysis and malicious code detection rapidly when facing a large number of Android application program samples generated by “repackaging” technology.

  • Publication number: 20180121652
Abstract: A kind of malicious software clustering method expressed based on TLSH feature, which belongs to analysis and test area of malicious software. The Cuckoo Sandbox is used to analyze malicious software to acquire three kinds of character string features, which are static feature of software, resource assess record during operation and API; then character strings are disassembled, filtered and sorted and TLSH algorithm is used to compress them into three groups of feature values with size of 70 characters; Finally, OPTICS algorithm is utilized to realize automatic classification on malicious software family. Invention adopts unsupervised learning methods, which does not need manual tab for training in advance. Features which are extracted are compressed and expressed by using TLSH. Under situation that feature is not lost, data dimension is largely lowered and clustering speed is improved.

  • Publication number: 20180082064
Abstract: A method of detecting malware in Linux platform through the following steps: use objdump-D command to disassemble ELF format benign software and malware samples to generate assembly files; traverse the generated assembly files one by one, read the ELF files' code segment and meanwhile identify whether the code segment contains main( ) function; analyze the code segment read. Divide assembly code into different basic blocks. Each basic block is marked by its lowest address. Add control flow graph's vertex to the adjacency linked list; establish the relation between basic blocks, add control flow graph's edges to the adjacency linked list and generate a basic control flow graph; extract control flow graph's features and write them into ARFF files; take ARFF files as the data set of a machine learning tool named weka to carry out data mining and construct classifier; classify the ELF samples to be tested by using the classifier.

  • Patent number: 9695479
Abstract: Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common malignant brain tumor of children. To identify the genetic alterations in this tumor type, we searched for copy number alterations using high density microarrays and sequenced all known protein-coding genes and miRNA genes using Sanger sequencing. We found that, on average, each tumor had 11 gene alterations, markedly fewer than in common adult cancers. In addition to alterations in the Hedgehog and Wnt pathways, our analysis led to the discovery of genes not previously known to be altered in MBs. Most notably, inactivating mutations of the histone H3K4 trimethylase genes MLL2 or MLL3 were identified in 16% of MB patients. These results demonstrate key differences between the genetic landscapes of adult and childhood cancers, highlight dysregulation of developmental pathways as an important mechanism underlying MBs, and identify a role for a specific type of histone methylation in human tumorigenesis.

  • Patent number: 9691670
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a manufacturing method of an array substrate comprising forming a gate detecting pattern on the array substrate with gate lines and common electrode lines formed thereon, the gate detecting pattern being arranged on one side of a pixel region of the array substrate and used to connect all the common electrode lines for pixel units; and performing a short circuit or a open circuit detection, wherein if the difference between a signal received by a receiving terminal for a gate line and a signal transmitted from a transmitting terminal for the gate line is larger than a predetermined detection threshold value, it is determined that short circuit between the gate line and a common electrode line or open circuit in the gate line occurs.

  • Patent number: 9631553
Abstract: A coal gasification process is provided based on the grading conversion of carbon hydrogen components of coal, wherein the coal gasification process comprises a carbonization process, a carbon monoxide-producing process and a shift reaction process. By blending the coke-oven gas, carbon monoxide and hydrogen produced in the above processes in different ratios, coal gasification syngases with various carbon hydrogen ratios can be obtained. Further, the coal gasification process does not need pure oxygen to take part in the reactions, and has several advantages, such as high gasification efficiency, low equipment investment costs, less limitation on the types of coal and flexible adjustment of the gasification products.

  • Publication number: 20170081730
Abstract: We found mutations of the R132 residue of isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) in the majority of grade II and III astrocytomas and oligodendrogliomas as well as in glioblastomas that develop from these lower grade lesions. Those tumors without mutations in IDH1 often had mutations at the analogous R172 residue of the closely related IDH2 gene. These findings have important implications for the pathogenesis and diagnosis of malignant gliomas.

  • Publication number: 20170010956
Abstract: A device and a method are provided to automatically generate test case for embedded software. This invention is in software test field, including symbolic execution kernel module, path selection module, solver, debugger, concrete execution kernel module and debugger agent module. The tested software and test cases are uploaded from the host system to the embedded system through debugger and debugger agent. The concrete execution kernel module starts the tested software. The symbolic execution kernel module captures the run-time information of the tested software through the debugger. When the tested software operates on the symbol source, the symbolic execution kernel module marks the symbol source, tracks the symbol propagation, generates path condition and sends the path condition to path selection module. This invention can automatically generate test cases for embedded software, which doesn't need the source code of the tested software and can be conveniently used for commercial software.

  • Publication number: 20120115735
Abstract: There are currently few therapeutic options for patients with pancreatic cancers and new insights into the pathogenesis of this lethal disease are urgently needed. To this end, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the genes altered in 24 pancreatic tumors. First, we determined the sequences of 23,781 transcripts, representing 20,583 protein-encoding genes, in DNA from these tumors. Second, we searched for homozygous deletions and amplifications using microarrays querying ˜one million single nucleotide polymorphisms in each sample. Third, we analyzed the transcriptomes of the same samples using SAGE and next-generation sequencing-by-synthesis technologies. We found that pancreatic cancers contain an average of 63 genetic alterations, of which 49 are point mutations, 8 are homozygous deletions, and 6 are amplifications. Further analyses revealed a core set of 12 regulatory processes or pathways that were each genetically altered in 70% to 100% of the samples.

  • Publication number: 20120090375
Abstract: A zoning closed-die extruding device comprises a closed female die and a male die. which is disposed in a longitudinal direction and configured to be mated with a closed cavity of the closed female die to extrude a blank. The male die comprises an extruding shaft portion and a stamp-extruding head portion, which is connected with the extruding shaft portion and disposed below the extruding shaft portion. A cross-sectional area of the stamp-extruding head portion perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the closed female die is smaller than that of the extruding shaft portion perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the closed female die. The male die is configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis of the closed female die so that the blank is sequentially and zonally deformed by the stamp-extruding head portion inside the closed cavity of the closed female die.
