    Abstract: Provided are compositions and methods for preparing a cell suitable for producing a bispecific antibody. A plurality of eukaryotic cells are incubated with an agent under conditions to allow the cells to arrest at G1/S phase. The agent is then removed from the cells and the cells are transfected with a first vector comprising a sequence encoding a first monovalent antigen-binding unit having specificity to a first antigen and a second vector comprising a sequence encoding a second monovalent antigen-binding unit having specificity to a second antigen. A cell is identified from the plurality of cells that expresses both the first and the second antigen-binding units.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a full adder based on resistive-switching devices and an operation method thereof. A multi-bit full adder circuit is constituted by using a cross-bar array of resistive-switching devices, wherein data of standard sums is stored on the principle diagonal of the cross-bar array in a nonvolatile manner, and carry data is stored in adjacent units on both sides of the principle diagonal. The carry data is stored according to whether the storage loop (crosstalk loop) is turned on. With the present disclosure, the multi-bit full adder circuit is significantly simplified. Thereby, additional circuits for generating a carry signal are reduced, the circuit delay and chip area are decreased, and the adder has an ability of nonvolatile storage.

    Abstract: Provided is an airplane suspension (20) fairing structure with a wing-mounted arrangement, the fairing structure comprising a front fairing located in front of the leading edge (31) of a wing and a rear fairing located at the back of the leading edge (31) of the wing; the vertical section line (G) of the front fairing is curved, ascending along air flow direction from a start point (p) of an engine nacelle (10) to the maximum height position and then descending and extending below the lower surface (32) of the wing. In the present invention, due to the curved vertical section line of the front fairing of the suspension, inner space of the suspension is met only in the position requiring greater inner space, thus enabling the engine to be mounted close to the wing without additional devices; and the fairing aerodynamic surface of the suspension will not extend to the upper surface of the wing, avoiding interference of the suspension with the wing during cruising.

The testing results obtained according to the present invention are featured with spectral peak, which facilitates the data analysis and computation.

    Abstract: A method for measuring data retention characteristic of an RRAM device includes: a) controlling a temperature of a sample stage to maintain the RRAM device at a predetermined temperature; b) setting the RRAM device to a high-resistance state or a low-resistance state; c) measuring data retention time by applying a predetermined voltage to the RRAM device so that a resistive state failure of the RRAM device occurs; d) repeating the steps a)-c) to perform a plurality of measurements; e) calculating a resistive state failure probability F(t) of the RRAM device from the data retention time in the plurality of measurements; and f) fitting the resistive state failure probability F(t), and calculating predicted data retention time tE by using parameters obtained from the fitting. The data retention time of the RRAM device may be predicted by combining voltage acceleration and temperature acceleration.
