Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of alkaline polymer electrolyte membranes, and relates to a comb-shaped structure polybenzimidazole anion exchange membrane with high conductivity and preparation method thereof. In the invention, firstly, polybenzimidazole is grafted with the non-cationic side chains to the max grafting rate to synthesize the de-protonated comb-shaped polybenzimidazole material, avoiding the N—H in benzimidazole forms ionic binding with cationic functional groups, which will reduce the reactivity and mobility of cationic groups; then react de-protonated comb-shaped polybenzimidazole with quaternization reagent to attach the pendent side chain with cationic functional groups, making it easy to aggregate to form ion clusters and hydrophilic/hydrophobic microphase separation. The anion exchange membrane prepared in this invention has excellent conductivity, mechanical properties and alkaline stability.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a device control apparatus includes a communication interface connectable to several client terminals via a network and a local device interface connectable to several peripheral devices. The device control apparatus functions as registration unit configured to receive an occupation request for a peripheral device from a client terminal and then register the peripheral device for which the occupation request has been received as occupied by the client terminal if the peripheral device is not registered as occupied by another client terminal. A setting unit sets a release time for releasing the occupation of the registered peripheral device, and an update unit updates the release time whenever communication occurs between the registered peripheral device and the client terminal. A release unit releases the registered occupation of the peripheral device once the release time elapses.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a service management system includes a relay device to relay communications between a client and a server providing a service that comprises one or more microservices. The relay device generates an authentication token, authenticates the authentication token when included in a service request from the client, and issues a command to the server to execute a service requested by the client after the authentication token is successfully authenticated. A token issuing server is provided to communicate with the relay device and the client and includes a storage unit and a processor. The processor is configured to store an access key issued by the relay device in the storage unit, acquire the authentication token from the relay device by using the access key, and send the acquired authentication token to the client in response to a token request from the client.

Abstract: Disclosed is a low temperature co-fired dielectric material with an adjustable dielectric constant, wherein it comprises a zirconia main phase and a silicon-based amorphous filler, a weight ratio of the zirconia main phase to the silicon-based amorphous filler is 40-65: 35-60; a weight percentage of SiO2. in the silicon-based amorphous filler is ?50%. The dielectric constant of low temperature co-fired dielectric material can be continuously adjusted in a wide range of 7-12, the dielectric loss can be as low as 0.1% at 1 MHz. The material system can be sintered at 800-900° C. and co-fired with silver electrode. It can be used as the low temperature co-fired dielectric material. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the low temperature co-fired dielectric material with an adjustable dielectric constant.

The terminal ID's and cookies are related and stored as a hash table 10. In the proxy server 4, a terminal ID is appended to a request from the personal computer 5 or 9, and the request is transferred to an i-mode server 3 along with the terminal ID.
