    Abstract: An inflatable probe for testing a component. The inflatable probe has a balloon formed of a dielectric material, the balloon having a neck and at least one electrode pair comprising an inner electrode and an outer electrode, the inner electrode being positioned on an internal surface of the balloon and the outer electrode being positioned on an external surface of the balloon. The inflatable probe also has a sealing plug that forms an air tight seal with neck of the balloon to retain a fluid within the balloon, the sealing plug at least having a seal electrode to connect to the inner electrode within the balloon, the sealing plug supporting a first wire to connect to a first seal electrode. The inflatable probe also has at least one tool that is connected to the balloon.

    Abstract: An ophthalmic preparation of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor suitable for eye drop administration is prepared from the following active ingredients and adjuvants in parts by weight: active ingredient: 0.5-1.5 parts of tyrosine kinase inhibitor, wherein the content of the active ingredient in the ophthalmic preparation is 0.1-1 mg/mL; and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants: 200-300 parts of the surfactant, 0.5-7.0 parts of the tackifier, 10-800 parts of the solubilizer, with the balance being solvent. The ophthalmic preparation can effectively deliver the active ingredient to the fundus oculi to treat fundus angiogenesis diseases, with high absorption and utilization rate, small particle size and good stability, which are suitable for preparing sterile preparation by means of microporous filter membrane sterilization method and/or high-temperature sterilization method.

    Abstract: Similarity-based deformable registration of medical images that contain tumor regions often undesirably leads to disproportionate volume changes to tumor regions. An image-registration framework for preserving tumor volumes while promoting similarity in non-tumor part is provided. The framework involves a two-stage process. In the first stage, similarity-based registration is used to identify potential tumor regions by their volume change, generating a soft tumor mask accordingly. In the second stage, a volume-preserving registration network is used. The network uses a novel adaptive volume-preserving loss that penalizes the change in size adaptively based on the masks calculated from the previous stage. The framework balances image similarity and volume preservation in different regions, i.e. non-tumor and tumor regions, by using soft tumor masks to adjust the imposition of volume-preserving loss on each one. It ensures that the tumor volumes are preserved during the registration process.
