The method for signal processing includes: performing PWM modulation on an input signal to obtain a PWM positive signal and a PWM negative signal; and outputting a positive output signal and a negative output signal based on the PWM positive signal and the PWM negative signal; wherein, in response to an amplitude of the input signal not being equal to 0, each of the positive output signal and the negative output signal includes 2 pulses within one pulse period. This solution can reduce the frequency requirements for a passive filter that processes positive and negative output signals, thereby reducing the costs of the system for signal processing.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for redirecting cleaning chemistry flows within a multi-station semiconductor processing chamber are disclosed. In such systems, a cleaning chemistry flow, e.g., a plasma from a remote plasma generator, may be directed onto a hub of an indexer that is centrally mounted within the chamber. The hub may have features that cause the cleaning chemistry flows to be redirected in a radially outward direction. By rotating the hub and/or changing the relative elevational positions between the hub and a cleaning chemistry inlet that provides the cleaning chemistry, the cleaning chemistry may be redirected into different regions of the chamber, thereby allowing for a more thorough and complete cleaning process.

    Abstract: A method for extracting nucleic acids from a biological sample (such as plasma) using nanopores in a porous material. The method induces nucleic acids into nanopores of the porous material to achieve separation and purification of nucleic acids. The method also has the advantage that the bound nucleic acids will not separate from the pores under separation and cleaning conditions, and thus has good application prospects. The material containing nanopores can have added paramagnetic cores (for example, magnetic microspheres of ferroferric oxide) and be applied to a full-automatic nucleic acid extraction workstation to improve nucleic acid extraction efficiency.

A material that does not react with electrolyte is mixed with metals to print an anode substrate, and one-step synthesis of a metal ions doped polyaniline composite material is realized through an electrochemical method. The doping amount of metal ions in polyaniline is changed by controlling metal content; due to addition of the metals, the conductivity of the anode substrate is improved, which is conducive to the deposition of polyaniline; such one-step method for preparing the polyaniline composite material is simpler, low in cost, and pollution-free; and compared with pure polyaniline, the sensitivity is further improved. According to the solution, this material is applied to the pH sensor for the first time, achieving a wide pH detection range (2-12) and high bending stability.
