A specific implementation includes: acquiring collaborative data between at least one pair of organizations; calculating at least one collaboration index between each pair of organizations according to the collaborative data; calculating, for each pair of organizations, a degree of closeness between the pair of organizations according to a weighted sum of the at least one collaboration index between the pair of organizations; and using each organization as a node, a relationship between each pair of organizations as an edge, and the degree of closeness between each pair of organizations as a weight of the edge, to construct the organizational collaboration network.

    Abstract: Dynamic modeling for detecting and classifying defects of fabricated substrates, such as semiconductor substrates. A model includes pixel-by-pixel distributions of pixel data that define a range of known acceptability for substrates based on images of those substrates. The range of acceptability can be defined between upper and lower thresholds. The model is dynamically updated as new imaging data of substrates is obtained, and particularly new imaging data for which an imaging factor not relevant to substrate acceptability has changed. The model can be updated by shifting one or more of the thresholds for one or more of the pixels.

The recovering method according to the present disclosure comprises the following steps: first clarifying and purifying the by-product oxygen from water-electrolysis hydrogen production is to remove hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water and other impurities in the oxygen; and then, liquefying, pressurizing and heat exchanging the pure oxygen to obtain the product oxygen and liquid oxygen with required pressure. In the whole process, the cooling capacity is provided by the circulating gas expansion refrigeration system.

    Abstract: Disclosed are compositions and methods that enable loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) of one or more nucleic acid targets without the need for conventional LAMP primer design customized to each target. A transduction reaction is performed upstream from the LAMP reaction. The transduction reaction generates a single stranded DNA (ssDNA) oligonucleotide when the target nucleic acid is present in the sample. The ssDNA generated in the transduction reaction functions as a required LAMP primer for a universal LAMP template. The ssDNA thus promotes the LAMP reaction. Analysis of the LAMP products can determine the presence of the one or more nucleic acid targets.

    Abstract: A preparation method of Antrodia cinnamomea water-insoluble dietary fiber. After ethanol and water extraction, Antrodia cinnamomea wastes are dried and superfine-comminuted to obtain Antrodia cinnamomea waste powder. The waste powder treated with NaOH solution containing NaBH4 is extracted it twice to obtain two extracts. The two extracts are combined and an appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid are added for neutralization. The extracts are centrifugalized and precipitate is collected. After washing the precipitate with ultrapure water, the precipitate is dissolved with LiCl-DMSO. The precipitate that is insoluble in the LiCl-DMSO solution is dialyzed and freeze-dried to obtain the water-insoluble dietary fiber component ACA-IDK of Antrodia cinnamomea. The LiCl-DMSO solution is subjected to ethanol/DMSO fractional precipitation, and then the precipitate is collected and dialyzed. The water-insoluble dietary fiber component ACA-DK of Antrodia cinnamomea is obtained after freeze-drying.
