Abstract: The techniques described herein relate to methods, apparatus, and computer readable media configured to process multi-view multimedia data. The multi-view multimedia data includes a hierarchical track structure with at least a first track, wherein the first track is at a first level in the hierarchical track structure, and includes data for both a first view and a second view of the multi-view multimedia data. Metadata contained within the first track can be determined and used to perform an extraction operation on the first track to generate first media data of a second track, wherein the first media data is for the first view, and second media data of a third track, wherein the second media data is for the second view, wherein the second track and the third track are at a second level in the hierarchical track structure above the first level of the first track.

Abstract: The techniques described herein relate to methods, apparatus, and computer readable media configured to specify two-dimensional spatial relationship information. Video data includes a track group type for a group of two-dimensional tracks. The track group type is a two-dimensional spatial relationship track group type, wherein a spatial relationship of the group of tracks is specified based on a two-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system. Two-dimensional spatial relationship description data for the group of tracks, can specify a two-dimensional region based on the two-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system, and a relation of each two-dimensional track in the group of two-dimensional tracks to the two-dimensional region. Source data for the two-dimensional region can be generated by composing each two-dimensional track from the group of tracks based on the associated relation of the two-dimensional track to the two-dimensional region.
Abstract: Transferring motion between consecutive frames to a digital image is leveraged in a digital medium environment. A digital image and at least a portion of the digital video are exposed to a motion transfer model. The portion of the digital video includes at least a first digital video frame and a second digital video frame that is consecutive to the first digital video frame. Flow data between the first digital video frame and the second digital image frame is extracted, and the flow data is then processed to generate motion features representing motion between the first digital video frame and the second digital video frame. The digital image is processed to generate image features of the digital image. Motion of the digital video is then transferred to the digital image by combining the motion features with the image features to generate a next digital image frame for the digital image.
Abstract: An image processing method and an image processing apparatus that utilize scrolling text information and moving edge-pairs of an edge map to determine text regions in interpolated frame is introduced herein. Text blocks are detected according to the moving edges-pair of the edge map. Next, a first moving vector histogram and a second moving vector histogram are built according to the detected text blocks. An existence of scrolling text and motion vector of the scrolling text in the frames are determined according to the first and second moving vector histograms. A scrolling text region in at least one of the first frame and the second frame is determined in block line unit, and positions of each scrolling text pixels in an interpolated are determined according to the motion vector of the scrolling text and the scrolling text region in the at least one of the first frame and the second frame.
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for spatial adaptation with dynamic adaptive streaming are disclosed. In an embodiment, systems, methods and devices are disclosed for signaling a spatial relationship of one or more tiles in a tiled presentation with an attribute in a media presentation description. In other embodiments, systems, methods and devices are disclosed for server-managed adaptive streaming wherein a client generates and transmits a spatial adaptation URL query parameter to the server for free-zooming or free view-angle spatial adaptation to a region of interest.
Abstract: A random access power control apparatus and method and a communication system. The random access power control apparatus includes: a first calculating unit configured to, by using a pathloss estimated based on an synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block and/or a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) currently selected by a UE, calculate transmission power used by the UE in transmitting random access preambles. Hence, the UE may be adapted to UE random access procedures in such complex scenarios as multiple beams.
Abstract: A resource processing method and apparatus. The method is achieved by a computer configured to execute the following steps: generating a resource allocation chart based on a resource allocation request; processing the resource allocation chart and generating an access entrance of the resource allocation chart; opening the access entrance to enable at least one third party resource supplier to respond to the resource allocation request via the access entrance. The method further comprises: when the resources are not available or not suitable for allocation, receiving a resource allocation chart, wherein the resource allocation chart is based on the resource allocation request; generating an access entrance of the resource allocation chart; opening the access entrance to at least one third party resource supplier; and receiving the allocated resources from the at least one third party resource supplier by responding to the resource allocation request through the access entrance.

The reference signal transmission method includes: precoding, by a transmitter, a data stream for user data through a second precoding matrix so as to acquire D virtual data streams; precoding, by the transmitter, the D virtual data streams through a first precoding matrix, and transmitting the D precoded virtual data streams to a receiver via T antenna groups, each antenna group including one or more antenna units or antenna ports having a same phase noise; transmitting, by the transmitter, D demodulation reference signals to the receiver; and transmitting, by the transmitter, M phase-tracking reference signals to the receiver, the M phase-tracking reference signals being adopted to track phase changes in the T antenna groups caused by one or more phase noise sources.

Abstract: A transmission apparatus and method based on dynamic time division duplex and communication system. The transmission method includes: transmitting reporting information to a plurality of network equipments by user equipment, the reporting information indicating that cross-link interference occurs when the user equipment is scheduled by a first network equipment; receiving scheduling information transmitted by one of the plurality of network equipments; the scheduling information indicates that serving network equipment of the user equipment is changed from the first network equipment to a second network equipment; and performing data transmission by the user equipment with the second network equipment according to the scheduling information.
Abstract: A mechanism is provided for forecasting air pollution. One or more air-pollution monitoring stations correlated to a forecasting point from a plurality of air-pollution monitoring stations are identified. For the one or more air-pollution monitoring stations that correlate to the forecasting point, one or more patterns of the forecasting point, historical patterns of the forecasting point relating to the one or more patterns of the forecasting point, and one or more patterns of the air-pollution monitoring stations that relate to the one or more patterns of the forecasting point are identified. Based on the one or more patterns of the forecasting point, the historical patterns of the forecasting point relating to the one or more patterns of the forecasting point, and the one or more patterns of the air-pollution monitoring stations that relate to the one or more patterns of the forecasting point, a pollution forecast is provided.

Abstract: A sensor integrated circuit includes a rectifier, a power supply module, an output control circuit and a detecting circuit. The rectifier is configured to convert an external power supply into a first direct current power supply. The power supply module includes a voltage regulator configured to generate a second direct current power supply different from the first direct current power supply. The detecting circuit is powered by the second direct current power supply and configured to detect an inputted signal and correspondingly generate a control signal. The output control circuit is configured to control, in response to at least the control signal, the sensor integrated circuit to operate in at least one of a first state in which a current flows out from an output port and a second state in which a current flows in from the output port.

Abstract: Provided herein is a human monoclonal antibody 8D6 against hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. The antibody binds to the E2 subunit of HCV capsid protein, and can prevent HCV from infecting susceptible host cells. By using the antibody variable region gene or the complementary determining region (CDR) gene, different forms of genetic engineering antibodies have been transformed and produced in any expression system of the prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells as therapeutics to prevent or treat HCV infection.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to optimize a neural network computational graph. The computational graph is used for performing neural network calculation by a computational platform. The computational platform reads data needed by the calculation from off-chip memory. The method comprises: layers which can be fused are selected at least based on an optimization rule to reduce frequency of data exchange between the computational platform and the off-chip memory, carrying out fusion for at least two adjacent layers in the computational graph according to the selected layer objects. Here, the at least two adjacent layers are at least one of the following: horizontally adjacent layers having the same input of feature maps; and longitudinally adjacent layers in which the calculation results of a feature map of a previous layer are at least part of input for a next layer.
Abstract: An information indication method and apparatus, information detection method and apparatus and communication system. The information indication apparatus includes: a first transmitting unit configured to transmit first indication information to UE indicating a position of a synchronization signal (SS)/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SS/PBCH block) in a signal transmission period (an SS burst set); wherein, the first indication information includes at least two parts of information. Abstract: An implant for treatment of a vascular space can form open loops and closed loops in separate cycles to provide balanced stiffness and flexibility. Such an implant provides both stability for retention within the vascular space and conformability for mitigating forces on the vasculature. Such a configuration can also provide proper coverage over an opening to a vascular space into which the implant is delivered, for reducing or eliminating flow into or out of the body cavity and promoting occlusion of the vascular space.

Overlay composition metadata is associated with the second track, wherein the overlay composition metadata comprises offset metadata, layer metadata, source metadata, or some combination thereof. The overlay composition metadata specifies at least part of an overlay composition for media data associated with the first track, wherein the overlay composition can be performed as part of a track derivation operation on media data associated with the first track to generate media data of the second track, such that the second track is a derived track of the first track.
