    Abstract: Substantially equal mutual inductances between a primary coil and respective secondary windings of a secondary coil of a transformer with an integrated differential Wilkinson power divider or combiner help to ensure balanced outputs for the transformer. The primary coil and the secondary coil are substantially symmetric to provide a high coupling between the coils, and the secondary windings of the secondary coil are substantially symmetric to help provide the substantially equal mutual inductances. The secondary windings of the secondary coil cross over each other an equal number of times to further ensure balanced outputs for the transformer.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a system for controlling an overvoltage in a photovoltaic court based on a floating neutral voltage, including: acquiring, by a controller, a voltage U of the photovoltaic court and a voltage U0 of a transformer neutral point; comparing acquired voltage data with a set threshold; generating control instructions of offsetting and compensation according to a comparison result; and receiving the instructions by a neutral voltage regulator, and controlling a voltage. The present invention introduces a floating neutral line between a photovoltaic power supply and a grid-connected transformer neutral point, and arranges a neutral voltage regulator on the floating neutral line. By adjusting its direction and size, the neutral voltage regulator can adapt to the voltage problem of the court in different states. Meanwhile, by adjusting the voltage on the grid-connected transformer neutral point side, the voltage of the grid-connected transformer neutral point is zero.

    Abstract: Wilkinson power dividers (or combiners) include a first positive output terminal and a second positive output terminal connected to a positive trace in a first plane and a first negative output terminal and a second negative output terminal connected to a negative trace in a second plane spaced apart from the first plane, e.g., in different circuit layers, with minimal overlap and crossings of positive and negative portions of the traces near the midpoints of the traces. The method includes configuring a vehicle for tamper and jamming detection, installing a communication device and an engine immobilizer in the vehicle, and providing a user interface for configuring the communication device to activate the engine immobilizer. The method further includes parallel paths for tampering detection, which immobilizes the vehicle and notifies the server upon detection, and for jamming detection, which similarly immobilizes the vehicle and notifies the server, including the vehicle's GPS position. Optionally, image information from the vehicle may be included in the notification or to trigger immobilization upon detecting multiple occupants, indicating a potential carjacking. This solution enables fleet managers to react to thefts and maximize vehicle recovery rates quickly.
