  • Publication number: 20260242486
Abstract: Single-domain antibodies binding to the CLL1 protein and their uses are provided. Specifically, a single-domain antibody with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is provided. This single-domain antibody exhibits high affinity and can effectively and specifically target CLL1-positive cells. It can efficiently promote the secretion of IFN? by NK cells, activate the effector functions of NK cells, and significantly induce the cytotoxic effects of NK cells, thereby demonstrating a strong capacity for specifically killing CLL1-positive cells. The single-domain antibody can be formulated into drugs for the clinical prevention or treatment of diseases related to the CLL1 target. It can also be used for the preparation of CAR cells targeting CLL1 or detection kits for the CLL1 protein. The single-domain antibody drug features stable structure, small molecular size, ease of recombinant expression, and low production costs.

  • Publication number: 20260229755
Abstract: Symmetric spiral configurations of portions of a negative trace and a positive trace with opposite orientations provide for a field cancellation effect in a Wilkinson power divider (or combiner), wherein magnetic fields produced by the positive trace are substantially cancelled out by magnetic fields produced by the negative trace. The geometries of the positive trace and the negative trace effectively produce isolation inductors. Some implementations utilize a transformer, which includes a first positive input port and a first negative input port, an amplifier, and a transformer, which include an input shunt inductor of the differential power divider as part of the transformer.

  • Publication number: 20260221027
Abstract: A system and method for determining improved target speeds for accelerated cruise control systems of vehicles. Data is obtained by human-operated ego vehicles, the data including ego-vehicle speeds, lead-vehicle speeds, follow distances, and location tuples of the ego vehicles, such as GNSS coordinates. The location tuples are mapped to lane centerpoints of a high-definition map. A machine-learning model is trained to determine target speeds of a future vehicle based on the ego-vehicle speeds, lead-vehicle speeds, follow distances, and lane centerpoints. The trained model can be implemented as part of an accelerated cruise control system in a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12693681
Abstract: An autonomous mobile device (AMD) moves within in a physical space. The AMD may encounter features in the physical space, such as flooring transitions, or obstacles that may impede movement. Sensors such as an ultrasonic sensor, optical time of flight sensors, inertial measurement unit (IMU), wheel speed sensors, and motor torque sensors acquire sensor data. Based on the sensor data, a location of an obstacle, and characterize whether that obstacle is traversable or non-traversable, is determined. If traversable, the AMD may continue moving past the obstacle. If non-traversable, the location of the obstacle may be added to a map used for route planning. Based on the location of the non-traversable obstacle, the AMD may move to a recovery location away from the obstacle, and resume moving.

  • Publication number: 20260207744
Abstract: A fusion protein with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and the nucleic acid molecule (SEQ ID NO: 3) including an encoding gene of a chimeric antigen receptor and an encoding gene of a chimeric switch receptor are provided. By designing fusion gene containing the encoding gene of the chimeric antigen receptor and the encoding gene of the chimeric switch receptor, PD-L1 activated inhibition of anti-tumor T cell responses is converted into a CD27-mediated activation signal, thereby endowing CAR-T cells with the capability of resisting an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing its in vivo persistence. In addition, the micro-environment near a tumor is regulated by promoting secretion of cytokines IFN-? and IFN-?2 to relieve the immunosuppression thereof, thereby mobilizing the organism autoimmunity to participate in the killing effect on tumor cells, and improving the anti-tumor effect of the CAR-T cells.

  • Patent number: 12670435
Abstract: The present disclosure describes techniques of performing machine unlearning in a recommendation model. An unlearning process of the recommendation model may be initiated in response to receiving a request for deleting a fraction of user data from any particular user. The recommendation model may be pre-trained to recommend content to users based at least in part on user data. Values of entries in a matrix corresponding to the fraction of user data may be configured as zero. The matrix may comprise entries denoting preferences of users with respect to content items. Confidence values associated with the fraction of user data may be configured as zero to block influence of the fraction of user data on performance of the recommendation model.
