    Abstract: A modified lubricant includes lubricant grease and nano-graphite plates dispersed thoroughly in the lubricant grease. The content of the nano-graphite plates is 0.0001 wt % to 10 wt %. Each nano-graphite plate has a length or a width between 1 and 100 ?m, a thickness within 10 nm and 100 nm, and N graphene layers stacked together and a surface modifying layer disposed on the top or bottom of the nano-graphite plates, wherein N is 30 to 300. The surface modifying layer has a surface modifying agent which includes at least two functional groups located at two ends of the surface modifying agent, one of the two functional groups is chemically bonded with certain organic functional group remaining on the surface of the nano-graphite plate, and the other of the two functional groups forms the functional surface of the nano-graphite plate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for identity authentication based on face recognition. The method comprises: initiating an interaction authentication request, which includes requested interaction tracks, and sending the interaction authentication request to an authentication client; receiving face interaction information sent by the authentication client; extracting face action tracks from the face interaction information; determining whether the face action tracks are consistent with the requested interaction tracks; if the face action tracks are consistent with the requested interaction tracks, determining that the authentication is passed, otherwise determining that the authentication fails. The above solution could prevent the authentication server from being cheated by face pictures or videos taken previously and could ensure that the face pictures or videos passing the authentication is taken in real time from a real person.

    Abstract: A 1D nanowire photodetector device includes a nanowire that is individually contacted by electrodes for applying a longitudinal electric field which drives the photocurrent. An intrinsic radial electric field to inhibits photo-carrier recombination, thus enhancing the photocurrent response. Circuits of 1D nanowire include groups of photodetectors addressed by their individual 1D nanowire electrode contacts. Placement of 1D nanostructures is accomplished with registration onto a substrate. A substrate is patterned with a material, e.g., photoresist, and trenches are formed in the patterning material at predetermined locations for the placement of 1D nanostructures. The 1D nanostructures are aligned in a liquid suspension, and then transferred into the trenches from the liquid suspension. Removal of the patterning material places the 1D nanostructures in predetermined, registered positions on the substrate.
