    Abstract: The present invention provides a combined chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD19 and CD20 and application thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a combined chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD19 and CD20, which comprises a scFv targeting CD19 and CD20, a hinge region, a transmembrane region, and an intracellular signaling domain. The present invention provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the chimeric antigen receptor and a corresponding expression vector, a CAR-T cell, and applications thereof. The experimental results show that the chimeric antigen receptor provided by the present invention shows extremely high killing ability against tumor cells. The chimeric antigen receptor of the present invention targets CD19 and/or CD20 positive cells and can be used to treat CD19 and/or CD20 positive B-cell lymphoma, leukemia and other diseases.

    Abstract: A deep learning-based method for fusing multi-source urban energy data and a storage medium are provided to perform data fusion on multi-source urban energy data found in big data and perform multi-scale and multimodal information fusion by using a cross-modal transformer, thereby implementing cross-modal mutual fusion of multi-source heterogeneous types of data to obtain a fused feature for prediction of a quantity of energy that will be used in the future and a quantity of energy that needs to be produced. The present disclosure proposes a multi-scale cooperative multimodal transformer architecture to enhance an effect of representation learned from an unaligned multimodal sequence. Not only there is a higher degree of correlation in multi-source urban energy data fusion, but also a system becomes more lightweight.

The method includes: performing PCR amplification on the DNA of the Acipenser Dabryanus to be tested, and judging that the Acipenser Dabryanus to be tested is female when a resultant product from the amplification shows 3 bands on an agarose gel and the Acipenser Dabryanus to be tested is male when a resultant product from the amplification shows 2 bands on an agarose gel, alternatively, judging that the Acipenser Dabryanus to be tested is female when a resultant fragment from the amplification has a 1402 bp band and it is male if there is no 1402 bp band. The gene sequence fragment is used to quickly and efficiently identify the sex of Acipenser Dabryanus.
