Abstract: The present invention relates to a cocrystal of progesterone, which is formed by the active ingredient progesterone and a cocrystal former which is selected from isophthalic acid, 4-formylbenzeneboronic acid and 3-nitrophthalic acid. The present invention also relates to the method for preparing the cocrystal of progesterone and use thereof for increasing the thickness of endometrium, improving progesterone's solubility or increasing progesterone's permeation rate.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for determining a slope slip plane with a gently-inclined soft interlayer, including: S1, determining a curve formed with a slip arc of a trailing edge tearing plane, a soft interlayer plane and a slip arc of a leading edge shear opening as a slope slip plane; S2, calculating a slip plane stability coefficient; S3, determination of a position of the gently-inclined soft interlayer plane: if the slip plane stability coefficient is less than 1 but close to 1, determining that the position of the slope slip plane is accurate; otherwise, moving the position of the soft interlayer plane and repeating steps S1 and S2, until the slip plane stability coefficient is less than 1 and close to 1. The method is simple, and has a high accuracy for determining a non-circular slip plane with a soft interlayer as a bottom slip plane.

Abstract: A femtosecond laser multimodality molecular imaging system includes a near-infrared pulse generation device for providing near-infrared pulses with a central wavelength of 1010 nm to 1100 nm and a spectral width of less than 25 nm. The near-infrared pulses can excite an optical medium with strong nonlinearity to generate the femtosecond laser pulses with ultra-wide spectrum. A pulse measurement compression and control module measures and compensates the accumulated dispersion of the femtosecond laser pulses arriving at the tissue sample, so as to eliminate the “time domain broadening” effect as much as possible. The obtained shortest pulses can interact with the tissue sample to generate spectral signals from different modalities, thus providing a variety of nonlinear molecular image modalities.
