The controller is structured to receive data indicative of a state of charge from the battery, determine whether the state of charge is at or below a high predefined threshold, modulate control on the engine and the timer in response to determining the state of charge is above the high predefined threshold, determine whether the state of charge is above a low predefined threshold in response to the state of charge being at or below the high predefined threshold, and modulate control of the engine and the timer in response to determining the state of charge is at or below the low predefined threshold.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a liquid fuel self-sustaining combustion burner for flame synthesis, including a swirl-flow cylinder and a stable combustion cylinder. A swirl-flow plate is disposed at an open end of the swirl-flow cylinder and defines swirl-flow outlets. A tangential inlet tube is mounted on the swirl-flow cylinder and in fluid communication with the swirl-flow chamber. An open end of the swirl-flow cylinder extends into the stable combustion chamber. The fuel can be atomized by an atomizer and sprayed into the stable combustion chamber for combustion. Air introduced from the tangential inlet tube can flow into the swirl-flow chamber and advance spirally around the central stabilizing column to reach the swirl-flow plate. The airflow is partially injected into the stable combustion chamber through the swirl-flow outlets, and then continues to spirally advance. An atomizing nozzle of the atomizer is located inside the swirling airflow.

For each of the blocks, the method includes applying a prediction model on the video frames of the respective block to obtain a phase prediction for each of the video frames. The prediction model is configured to predict, for an input video frame, one of the plurality of phases of the surgical procedure. The method further includes generating an aggregated phase prediction for the respective block by aggregating the phase predictions of the video frames, and modifying the video of the surgical procedure to include an indication of a predicted phase of the respective block based on the aggregated phase prediction.

For example, the processor may determine first organ information from the images of the organs, and first disease information from the images of the disease. The processor my calculate a similarity score between the first organ information and the first disease information and second disease information and second organ information indexed to the surgical videos. The processor selects one or more of the surgical videos based on the similarity score, and displays the surgical videos on the display.
