Abstract: Disclosed herein is an activation tagging construct for maize, resulting tagged populations and plants. In one example, an activation tagging DNA construct includes a coding sequence for a transposase, a detectable reporter (such as anthocyanin regulatory genes B-Peru and C1) and a non-autonomous transposable T-DNA cassette. For example, the transposable T-DNA cassette is inserted into the detectable reporter encoding region such that the B-Peru and C1 genes express anthocyanins in a cell containing the maize activation tagging DNA construct only upon excision of the transposable cassette. Methods of generating a tagged population of maize plants include transforming a maize plant cell or tissue with the disclosed constructs.

Abstract: Subscription management for resource content is disclosed. A subscriber device selects an event topic based on an event topic list. The subscriber device creates a topic path for the selected event topic to receiving a notification event related to the selected event topic. The subscriber device sends path information of the created topic path as part of identification information of the subscriber device, along with the selected event topic, to a resource content publishing device, and the topic path indicates a document. The subscriber device receives the notification event sent by the resource content publishing device to the subscriber device according to the identification information of the subscriber device, wherein at least one field of the document indicates the receipt of the notification event.

Abstract: Various examples provide a method, an apparatus and a storage medium for sharing information. According to the method, a user to be shared is identified in an address book in an instant messaging (IM) client; an electronic business card is generated by using basic information of the to-be-shared user in the IM system, and is sent to a receiving client. Various examples of the present disclosure also provide a method and an apparatus for receiving shared information.

The method includes: voice data collected by the first intercom terminal are received; whether the size of the voice data collected reaches a predefined threshold are circularly detected; and when the size of the voice data collected reaches the predefined threshold, or when the voice data collected doesn't reach the predefined size but contains a voice message terminator, the voice data collected are upload to the transit server via a predefined network, to realize asynchronization between voice data collection and uploading. Thus the problem of the prolongation of the intercom data transmission time associated with existing processes is solved by such an effective intercom data transmission method.

Abstract: A method and system for processing an object to be processed are disclosed in the field of Internet communication. In the method, a client device acquires data including: order data of the object to be processed, a first account of a first main body, and a user password. The client device transmits the acquired data to an instant messaging server. The instant messaging server forwards the data to a third party system. The third party system subtracts the total numerical value of the object to be processed from a first numerical value included in the first account of the first main body according to the data and adds the total numerical value to a second numerical value included in a first account of the second main body.

Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for prompting to select a new file in Instant Messaging (IM). The method includes: receiving, by an IM client, a request for selecting a file to be transmitted; determining, by the IM client, a new file is obtained within a predefined time period before receiving the request; and prompting, by the IM client, whether to select the new file to be transmitted. By employing the technical solution of the present disclosure, selection and transmission of new files, such as, pictures, audios, videos, documents may be more convenient, efficiency may be higher, and user experience may also be improved.

Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure provide a method, an Instant Messaging (IM) client and a cloud server for saving a chat record. The method includes: receiving, by an IM client, a request for saving a chat record; obtaining, by the IM client, a corresponding chat record according to the request; and transmitting, by the IM client, the obtained chat record to a cloud server, in which the cloud server comprises at least one of an Email server and a network hard disc. By employing the method, IM client and the cloud server provided by the present disclosure, chat record may be viewed on different platforms with different terminals, and user experience may be improved.

Abstract: For the present invention, a P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and a N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are respectively deposited on two sides of an insulating substrate. During the deposition, the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are deposited and connected on the same exposed side of the insulating substrate, and then a PN junction is formed. This method makes the fabrication simplified without special process for connecting the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer. Due to the features of thin-film thermo-electric material, the performance of thermo-electric generator is improved. During the deposition, the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are deposited and connected on the exposed side of the insulating substrate, so welding is not required in this heating surface side.

The method includes: detecting whether a mobile terminal is in a preset status according to an operation of a user on the mobile terminal; if the mobile terminal is in the preset status, acquiring a distance between the user and the mobile terminal; and if the distance between the user and the mobile terminal is smaller than a preset threshold, controlling the mobile terminal to enter an earphone play mode. Trough the present invention, the play mode of the mobile terminal can be effectively and accurately controlled, thereby avoiding unnecessary operations and improving the intelligence of the mobile terminal.
